We stayed at the Riviera for 4 days and it has been such an amazing experience. We had a sea view room which was one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. You have your own area on the beach which is quiet and has sun loungers. If you want a pool, you can walk 50 feet up the room to a partner hotel which has the nicest pool area. The staff at both hotels are so friendly and helpful, really made our stay the best it could be. It is located perfectly right at fisherman village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to eat and drink at each night. Honestly it was a perfect stay in koh samui for us, we would recommend this place to everyone.

The people who run it are super sweet and kind! I did enjoy my stay here and I would recommend it but I have to say I didn’t get what I saw in the photos! I was expecting a boutique resort with a beautiful sea view! But I should have looked properly at what I was booking! I did have a view of the mountain which was nice, but I was also on top of the street which gets pretty loud at night until about 11!
It was a nice place and the bed was very comfortable! I felt I paid more than I would have had I realised I wasn’t going to be looking at the sea! I probably would have picked a cheaper option had I of known!
The problem wasn’t the room, rather my expectations from the photos I saw! So yes, book a room here, but make sure you are clear what room you are getting, and that they are not all what you see advertised

Everything was perfect other than Cleanliness. They didn't change bedsheets even after requesting on the 3rd day. They don't change bedsheets regularly which is quite a hygiene concern.
