We had a lovely stay here. The staff were wonderful, always respectful, kind and incredibly helpful. Abdel even came to meet us where the taxi dropped us off and walked us through the Medina to the property, which we really appreciated as we arrived at night. The property was very clean, peaceful and incredibly quiet at night, so we slept really well. Breakfast was also great, with fresh orange juice, tea with milk, coffee, croissants, traditional bread, jams and cheese. What made our stay particularly special was how thoughtful everyone was. On the morning of my birthday, they surprised me with a cake and candles, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture! The location is fantastic, very central and within easy walking distance of the Koutoubia, Jemaa el-Fna and all the souks, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. It gives you exactly what you need for a city break: you can go out and explore, come back to rest, head out again, and then return to a quiet place where you can have a proper night's sleep. We felt very welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Such genuinely sweet and caring people. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The only thing I would mention is that the water pressure in the shower is quite low and the water doesn't get very hot. Apart from that, we had everything we needed and felt very welcome and well looked after throughout our stay.

Lo mejor del Riad es la ubicación, el desayuno, la conexión WiFi muy buena y sobre todo ABDEL, la persona que nos atendió durante toda nuestra estancia y que fue realmente muy amable.

Para empezar, no sé como este Riad puede tener en Booking una valoración de un 9.5, contratamos con el Riad un transfer desde el aeropuerto al alojamiento, cuando salimos del aeropuerto eran las 16:15 h., no había nadie esperándonos fuera, si que había decenas de personas de otros Riad con carteles, el nuestro, NO, a las 16:55 opte por contratar un taxi pero nos advirtieron que no podían entrar los vehículos hasta el Riad por la estrechez de las calles, te dejan a 5 minutos andando del Riad que, por cierto está en un callejón absolutamente escondido y como no conocíamos el lugar, estuvimos más de 25 minutos dando vueltas, preguntábamos y nadie sabía donde estaba, al final una persona que que lo conocía, nos acompañó y tuvimos que darle 10€ . El alojamiento tiene unas escaleras bastante incomodas para subir a la habitación, que está en la primera planta, mi esposa está operada de la cadera y tiene una prótesis implantada, pues dichas escaleras no tienen un pasamanos para ayudar en la subida tienes que subir como puedas, otro asunto es que no tienen servicio de bebidas ni agua, refrescos, vamos, nada, compramos las bebidas en la calle y les pedimos si podían facilitarnos hielo, tampoco tenían, excesivamente escaso de todo en general, la habitación se parece poco a las fotos en Booking, el cuarto de baño era un poema, la ducha es como una pileta de pueblo con la alcachofa excesivamente alta y como no tiene ni siquiera cortinas, cuando te duchas pones todo el suelo lleno de agua aunque tengas cuidado, la puerta de la habitación !!ALUCINO¡¡, tiene un cerrojo y se cierra con un candado enorme, total, decepción con el alojamiento, al final te acostumbras. Al hacer el check out, querían que el 50% restante del importe lo pagáramos en efectivo, me dijo que no tenían TPV, al final, como no tenía suficiente efectivo, apareció el TPV y me cobraron con tarjeta.
