Great location with private terrace

La localisation au top entre l’arc de triomphe et la place catalunya et à côté du métro .

L’isolation phonique très mauvaise . Les horaires de la copropriété étaient respectés ( pas de bruits après 22h) mais lorsque les voisins parlent sur la terrasse ou dans le logement , on a l’impression d’être avec eux.

Great location

It was a lovely apartment but missed not having any windows making it quite dark inside. It also had a nice big balcony at the back but not very private. I would still recommend staying in this apartment.

The location was excellent...close to major attractions and multiple metro lines. The host's reception was very warm, thorough and sincere with very good recommendations regarding local restaurants, sites and even the fact that Spain's football game later in the week would be free to air. The kitchen was well appointed and the lounge area was quite comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well.

Prospective tenants need to understand the level of noise which occurs day and night. The walls are paper thin, so you hear neighbours constantly, walking up stairs, opening and banging doors, playing music and everything else. Furthermore, there is 24x7 rumbling from the metro which must pass within 10' under the building. It is as if you are staying at an airport hotel with open windows. Ear plugs are an absolute necessity. The bedroom is small. The terrace provides a welcome outdoor space but provides a confronting view of life in this area of Barcelona.
