The hotel communicated with us when there was a problem with booking ie. the website sent out false information because the data was hacked or stolen or something. So the hotel assured us our booking was secure and our information was secure. The hotel staff sent us a map of street parking since there is not parking on site. It was easy to access the rooms. The price point was appealing. We were able to walk to the Olympic venue and we found some bakeries in the area that were divine.
The neighborhood is truly a neighborhood-so everything was closed Sunday and Monday and everything closed early in the evening. There are no restaurants or tourists spots or public transit options right in the proximity so you must be mobile (on foot or by car) to get food or get anywhere. It is hard to judge the safety of the neighborhood-it seems old and not touristy but I couldn't really tell if that meant unsafe. We checked our car multiple times since it was continuously blocked in by other people parking super close to it as they commuted to and from work or the businesses nearby. The bed is tiny and up against the wall so you must disturb your partner every exit from the bed. The bathroom was moldy and tile was falling off the shower. It needs a repair job and renovation. Overall it met the purpose but it was not an appealing room.

Easy access with code and the tea, coffee, biscuits and snacks were a lovely addition! The room was extremely clean and excellent value for money.
Room was a little small and housekeeping were a little loud in the morning

Nice clean room; easy self-checkin process
On 2 of the 3 mornings, the hot water wasn’t working at all.
