Excellent value and extremely clean

Easy access with code and the tea, coffee, biscuits and snacks were a lovely addition! The room was extremely clean and excellent value for money.

The stay was good due to clean and comfy room, but ants and the animal wallpaper minus point...

Everything is new and clean, lots of towels and other snacks. The bathroom is spacious, the bed is comfy. We also liked the way we checked in without any person, just got an email with a code and got it. Also the staff really helped us to get in at night, since we have arrived very late.

The picture of animals on the wall is really unnecessary and at night quite scary for me kid. Besides, there were lots of ants on the floor. Please do some clean up from ants!!!

Clean, comfortable, well decorated and appointed room, reactive host. I recommend it.

The room was newly renovated with a fun and colourful decor. The bathroom is small but well designed and the bed is comfortable. We appreciated the free minibar, snacks, coffee set up and the little breakfast (dry toast and jam) so we had a little something in the morning. We were just passing through for one night and this suited us well. There is a little shopping center across the road with a great organic market where we stocked up on some food for our travels the next day, plus some very good cheese to take home. If you don't want to go out, you could buy a good picnic there. If you do want to go out there are a number of good restaurants not far. We reserved at the last minute through bookings so we had not yet received the check-in info upon arrival however the manager answered right away when I called and 5 minutes later we were in. I would stay here again.

The number of parking spaces is limited and it is not that easy to find a space on the street although we did in the end. We had to bring some things into our room to be sure nothing was visible in the car since it was on the street. If you really need your car in a secure, off the street parking, I would call first to make sure a space is available. Instead of the large wardrobe cupboard it would be more useful to have a place to put a suitcase. When I'm passing through I don't want to unpack. Overall though it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

Very small indeed. Tiny basin not really suitable for washing face. Air con didn’t work. No staff on site. Lady on the phone was very nice but couldn’t speak English.

Nice small apartment

Small, but nice. It has everything you need if you're staying a few nights. They also offer free mini bar which is thoughtful. And snacks too. Easy check in, you get the number to enter the building and the room which was great because we got in late at night. The bed was comfy. And super strong hair dryer, it's great for us with long hair. :D

Bit far from the center and metro is not that near so you have catch a bus which takes time sometimes. But price justifies the distance.

Very clean room and bathroom, daily housekeeping, some sweet snacks and coffee supplied daily. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning. 30 minutes by train from Milan Central Station and 40 minutes by car from Lake Como, Maggiore, Lecco on the motorway. Very nice host, you receive all the details related to access to the location via a message on the day of arrival. Code-based access, without keys. Very quiet area, free discretionary parking on the adjacent street, supermarket 2 minutes' walk away, an excellent location in the vicinity for serving open meals until 2:00 a.m.

The staff! Incredible service- so helpful! The little details, the free wifi and mini bar was amazing!

Only small things, but need more pillows (not cushions but pillows as I sleep with 2) Needs more places to plug in chargers, as was only enough for 1 phone. One plug socket seemed loose (by the kettle in the sardina room) Location wasn’t very close to any transport. But the place itself was great!

The look

The air conditioner was at the maximum all time even if the thermostat showed the “off “ condition. The hot water finished after a few seconds. In a word, I was cold.

Very unexpectedly beautiful and comfortable rooms! With snacks, coffee and a refillable free minibar, very unexpected and nice! Super clean, amazing kitchen with everything you need, beautiful and comfortable balcony. Very comfortable beds! Wish to be able to stay here longer! Definitely suggest these rooms to others and wish the hosts to make more Anjoy&Bleev rooms in other cities and countrys!

Nice place for a purely pragmatic stop-over.

Super friendly host, took great care of us, with excellent upfront information and instructions. Very pro-active, but not too much, just prefect level of hospitality and everything worked just fine as instructed. Cool designed rooms, with nice little detail elements. We could tell, some thought, work and love went into fixing up the place.

For us it was a bit confusing, that it was not a real hotel but rather AirBnB style apartment in some private residential building. Also, parking situation was not quite clear for us. Furthermore, the bathroom was unfortunately very tiny and probably never a real bathroom, with the same carpet flooring as the bedroom area. Also, the shower was not quite „waterproof“ so water went literally into the wall and floor a bit. This made us feel a quite bad, since we know the building substance will suffer and break down from this over time. But unfortunately there was no way to avoid this.

Excellent stay

I would like to thank the host for the excellent communication and helpful information about the accommodation itself but also the tips around the Rho area. Our room was excellent, and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and the city center is really close. Parking is available in the surrounding area (free). Highly recommended!

I would surely come again, the service was incredible.

it is close to the highway. It was also pretty easy to park around even though they don’t have any dedicated parking. There is a grocery store right across the street. The staff was extremely helpful and very responsive on whatsapp. you will get a pin code to enter so you can come at any times. We also got a free minibar with small snacks and drinks that was refilled every day, incredible! There was also a tiny stove with minibar-like fridge and some kitchen equipment. The room was cleaned every day.

Maybe it is a bit far from the city center but you can use public transport without any issues.
