This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. custom home sits on 2 acres atop a scenic bluff overlooking a spring-fed, crystal-clear creek lined with majestic cypress trees — perfect for a refreshing dip or peaceful escape.
It’s a truly magical place, offering beauty, calmness, and the pure relaxation only nature can provide. A perfect getaway for families to make lasting memories!
The Home:
Spicewood Creek House comfortably hosts up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths (no extra visitors allowed).
2 Bedrooms Upstairs: One queen room + one with two twins and a daybed (sleeps 3)
Loft Lounge: Cozy sofa & Smart TV for movie nights
2 Queen Bedrooms Downstairs: Each with a private bath; the master includes a jetted tub, double sinks, and walk-in shower.
All beds feature brand-new pillow-top mattresses for a great night’s sleep.
The great room has soaring wood-beamed ceilings, comfy reclining sofas, a propane fireplace, and a Smart TV. There are puzzles and board games for cozy indoor days, plus a dining area that seats up to 10.
The Kitchen:
A dream for any cook — enjoy a gas stovetop, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and high-end small appliances.
We have a washer and dryer are available for your use.
Outdoor Living:
Step outside to relax on the wrap-around porch with multiple seating areas, teak sofas, and a dining table for six — all with beautiful bluff views. It's a great place to dine and play board games or cards. We just ask that you respect the neighbors and the quiet hours-voices carry.

The house and property was beautiful. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed during our stay. The driveway to the house was very difficult to maneuver due to the uneven gravel, and there were a lot of flies and gnats in the house. Otherwise, no complaints! The property manager was very communicative and helpful during our stay.

My husband, daughter and I came for a few evenings. The home was a lovely surprise. It was well maintained and beautifully decorated. It is definitely set up for larger groups and I kept picturing us coming back with the rest of our family. I highly recommend the home for a relaxing stay!

We just stayed at the Spicewood Creek Retreat for our family Thanksgiving and it was truly perfect. The house itself was spacious and clean with a cozy Hill Country flare. The open-plan living and dining area was perfect for our family to spend time together. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving feast, and the dining room had plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy the meal while taking in the scenic beauty outside.
The bedrooms were comfortable and provided plenty of space for everyone. It felt like a true home away from home. Our favorite part of the house was the wrap around deck and outdoor seating which provided the ideal setting for morning coffee. We can’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, serene getaway.

What an incredible home. We stayed here with some friends and could not have been happier. The home is beautiful, spacious, and secluded. There is so much space to relax and hang out indoors and out.
