Holiday house for maximum 6 people. Modern terraced house, near the beach in Cala Sant Vicente in Mallorca, Spain. We offer a total of 8 identical semi-detached houses for holiday rental, all in the same residential complex with communal pool and just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Molins. The houses are all modern and completely equipped. This house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a twin beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. In the immediate vicinity are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All can be easily reached on foot. An ideal place for all beach lovers looking for a comfortable and contemporary accommodation. There is wifi internet access and a mobile barbecue.

Superb location, very modern and well equipped. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds/sofas, lot's of space and excellent air conditioning and wifi! Great sea views from the balcony and very quiet in the evenings. Would definitely return again!
The toaster in the kitchen wasn't working. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

The space and the garden and the swimming pool
Window cleaning and more garden furniture.
The shower floor bathroom downstairs is leaking

The villa was just perfect - clean, comfortable and well equipped!!!
Location was perfect - quiet very Spanish and handy for Porto Pollença and Pollença town.
Just what we wanted !!! Had a great holiday !!
It was perfect for 5 but think it would have been a squash sleeping 6 not with regards to living space but to have fitted another bed in - not sure how that would have worked !!!
