Das Haus und das Grundstück sind hervorragend, genau so wie in der Beschreibung
In dem Haus steckt viel Potenzial!
Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Alle Probleme wurden in kürzester Zeit gelöst.
In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes wurde deutlich, dass die gesamte Einrichtung (Möbel, Badezimmer, Küche usw.) stark renovierungsbedürftig sind. Alles machte einen stark abgenutzten, veralteten Eindruck. Die Matratzen waren extrem durchgelegen, Couchen und Stühle ebenfalls.
Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die gesamte Einrichtung ohne Liebe zum Detail vorhanden war und offensichtlich Abnutzungen nicht ersetzt wurden.
