Cala Clara Beach Apartment is an elegant and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large balcony, sea views perfectly located less than 100m from the sandy bays of Cala San Vicente. Airy, bright, air-conditioned and very well finished, this apartment is the perfect choice for all those guests who want to live an excellent holiday experience in Mallorca without having to constantly depend on a car (the beach and restaurants are within walking distance).
The apartment is located on the first floor and offers an impressive balcony with sea views to enjoy the views and a pleasant drink outdoors. The living room and kitchen, well-furnished and spacious, have large patio doors (full-size) that provide stunning views and access to the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms in total, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and 1 with 2 single beds, as well as 1 modern bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available and included in the rental price at fixed hours (2pm-4pm, 8pm-8am). Due to its unique location and elegant details, this property is a true gem that cannot be missed!

Important information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Overall, we had an OK time at this places. Check-In was supposed to be at 5pm. When we got there at 5:30pm the cleaning people were still cleaning. We left our stuff (which I am never comfortable with) and came back an hour later. It wasn’t very clean though… more like superficial quick wiping things down. A dirty rag was left in the kitchen sink, a dirty towel in the bathroom hamper.There were a bunch of things that weren’t great: A broken coffee table, dirty dishes in the cabinets, a broken balcony door (couldn’t be locked), broken AC in the kitchen, a broken chair, missing lightbulbs in nightstand lamp… it also said they provide essentials. There were NONE. We had to buy salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, detergent, sponges. Two days in we received a „welcome pack that included those things“. Nobody told us someone would go into the apartment to leave it there. It was too late by then anyway. The money was spent. The staff was very responsive. Wouldn’t come back.

Was all good. Great location, nice place, however: Wifi did not really work. The rest was perfect! We can highly recommend this place!
