Holiday house for maximum 6 people. Modern terraced house, 50 metres from the beach in Cala Sant Vicente, near Pollensa in Mallorca, Spain. We offer a total of 8 identical semi-detached houses for holiday rental, all in the same newly built residential complex with communal pool and just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Molins. The houses are all modern and completely equipped. Each of them offers 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. In the immediate vicinity are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All can be easily reached on foot. An ideal place for all beach lovers who looks for a comfortable and contemporary accommodation. This house Nº 6 has 2 double bedrooms and 1 pull out bed, 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilet.

The location of the villa was excellent, very easy to walk to the beach for a morning swim. The pool was also lovely.
The beds weren’t the best quality and the mattress protecter was the wrong size in main bedroom . Very irritating when it unravels. Otherwise, everything was good

Si la casa tuviera cortinas opacas en los dormitorios que no tienen persianas estaría perfecta.
