It is like a ski condo. A bit outdated but functional.

Poor instructions for check in. It was not clear that the key is picked up at a hotel which is a distance away from the apartment.. The front desk person was not familiar with the property and could not advise how to get in. She just handed us the key.

Superb

Spacious apartment with a huge terrace on two sides of the house, pets allowed. Separate toilet and bathroom. Large kitchen.

Part of the building is old, e.g. the apartment door to the staircase has a notable gap between the door and the frame. Did not really bother us as we were the only guests. Ski room can hold no more than two bikes and there was no key to lock it up.

Dreckiges Geschirr und renitenter Vermieter ohne Kundenorientierung

Moderne Betten.

Die Unterkunft war bei der Ankunft sehr dreckig und abgenutzt. Darauf angesprochen zeigte sich der Sohn des Inhabers äußerst verständnislos und unfreundlich. Es wurde der Vorwurf in den Raum gestellt, dass wir durch die angesprochenen Mängeln bloß etwas für uns persönlich „herausholen“ wollen würden. Später am Tag zeigte sich der Inhaber in der Unterkunft und versicherte uns, dass die Wohnung nun sauber wäre. Dem war leider nicht so, da beim ersten Griff in die Besteckschublade wieder verdrecktes Besteck zum Vorschein brachte. Direkt darauf angesprochen konnte der Inhaber keine Auskunft geben. Verweigerte uns aber eine Kompensation in Form eines kostenlosen Frühstücks direkt. Bei der heutigen Abreise zeigte sich der Inhaber und seine Frau wiederholt verständnislos gegenüber den entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Es wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass die Inhaber aufgrund des Hotelbetriebs nicht auf alle Kleinigkeiten der Gäste eingehen können. Außerdem wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die entsprechende Putzkraft aufgrund der Mängel gekündigt wurde. Dies sei die von uns erwartete Reaktion gewesen. Auch diese Behauptung entbehrt jeglicher Tatsache. Das Versagen ist eindeutig auf das Verhalten des Inhabers und seiner Frau zurückzuführen. Die entsprechende Putzkraft freizusetzen stellt einen unhaltbaren Vorgang dar, der tief in die vorherrschende Unternehmensphilosophie blicken lässt. Die einzige Kompensation nach drei Tagen Ärger war die Erstattung der Kosten für die Hotelwäscherei.

gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine Nacht

Die Schlüssel wurden in einem Hotel an einer anderen Adresse im Ort abgeholt. Dort konnte man auch frühstücken. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, sauber mit einer tollen Terasse.

Die Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Wasserkocher. Die Wohnung ist im Untergeschoss.

Aufenthalt mit Pedelec

Wir sind mit unseren Fahrrädern angereist und haben den Abend am Balkon entspannt genießen können. Die Fahrräder konnten wir ohne Barrieren im Trockenraum abstellen wo sonst im Winter die Ski getrocknet werden. Durch die Abreise am nächsten Tag haben wir das Frühstück im angeschlossen Hotel eingenommen.

Gutes Quartier mit Wellness-Erweiterung

Die Lage ist prima, und ein ganz besonderer Punkt ist, dass man den Wellnessbereich des dazugehörigen Hotels Tiroler Hof mitnutzen darf. Haben wir, bei Regenwetter auf einer Fahrradtour, gerne gemacht.

Die Heizung war trotz kalten Wetters nicht in Gang zu setzen. Zum Schlafen reichte es, mehr wollten wir dort auch nicht, aber für einen Tagesaufenthalt hätten wir auf jeden Fall reklamiert.

Gute Lage

Sauberkeit, unter dem Esstisch und unter den Betten waren nebst Essensresten auch leere Verpackungen von Keksen etc., da wurde nicht einmal durchgesaugt/durchgewischt. Auch der Aschenbecher war noch voll.

Locatie super. Ook gebruiksmogelijkheid van welness was top.

Keukengerei was redelijk armzalig. Ook bleek dat de welness geen eigen handdoeken had, moest je uit appartement (te klein, douchehanddoek) of thuis meenemen. Vond ik niet erg hygiënisch wat overigens wel als argument genoemd werd...
