Nice apartment with well equipped kitchen only lacking microwave, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Drying rack for ski boots. House is located at the top of Nauders but no issues gettting to the slopes in few minutes. Perfect spot for family skiing trip. Will book again in the future if decide to come back to Nauders.

- very good location, ~6 min by car to the Nauders skilift, 5 min by foot to the city centre, nearest supermarket 10 min by foot - skiroom with heated boot rack - nice host - kitchen utensill - superb surroundings - really comfortable beds - quiet

We had a big appartment (90m2) - very comfortable for 5-6 persons. Huge common room with beautiful mountain view!

A bit far from main road, however there is a supermarket quite near (5 Minutes) You should definately add more pictures on booking for 90m2 apartment - you will have more tourists with that ! :)

A very enjoyable stay in Haus Patscheider !

A very enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Great view of the mountains and the city of Nauders. Nice and helpful owners. Accommodation was quick and easy. This is ideal place to relax and practice winter and summer sports and explore the surrounding area. Place definitely recommendable !

Very nice and big appartment, nice view from the window. Be aware if you come in the winter, the appartment is quite up to the hill. The host is polite.

Schöner Skiurlaub in Nauders

Die gemütliche kleine Zirbenwohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt ruhig im Oberdorf von Nauders und hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Alles war äußerst gepflegt und die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Küche ist zwar sehr klein, aber mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet: Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und zwei Herdplatten. Wir hatten zusätzlich unsere eigene Heißluftfritteuse dabei und waren damit in der kleinen Küche bestens versorgt. Praktisch fanden wir auch, dass Dusche und WC getrennt voneinander sind – das erleichtert das Fertigmachen am Morgen deutlich.(leider keine Fenster nur „laute“ Abluftventilatoren - hat aber funktioniert) Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend direkt vor der Tür, was die An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert macht. Im Winter waren die Straßen zur Unterkunft gut gestreut und geräumt.

Die Gassen im Oberdorf sind sehr eng und teilweise recht steil. Dadurch fährt in diesem Bereich kein Skibus, sodass wir für den Weg zur Talstation immer das Auto genutzt haben.

Es war es eine sehr schöne Woche in Nauders.

Alles hat uns gefallen, da es so ist wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Sehr nette Vermieter haben uns das Apartment vorgestellt, es ist alles da was man braucht und die Lage am Ortsrand mit der Sicht auf die Berge ist sehr schön. Unsere Motorräder durften wir in die Garage stellen. Alles in allem war alles top.

Freundliche Vermieter, schöne kleine Wohnung, mit Balkon und Bergblick. Liegt sehr zentral im Ort Nauders. Preis Leistungsverhältnis, hat gestimmt.Wir würden wieder hier her kommen.Hundefreundlich.....🐕👍

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania prawie pod każdym względem zaczynajac od przestronności apartamentu który był czysty, swietnie doświetlony z widokiem na góry, duży balkon, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona-niczego nam nie brakowało, łózka wygodne, caly czas cieplutko w apartamencie, serdeczni właściciele którzy nie byli nachalni a zawsze uśmiechnięci, parking przed obiektem bez problemowy wjazd-wyjazd, ski room w obiekcie, był to rodzinny pobyt narciarski w 5 os i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni zaznaczę ze obiekt jest wysoko zlokalizowany i my w dużej mierze przemieszczaliśmy się samochodem . Super jakość-cena !

Małymi minusami - brak suszarki do włosów - wanna z której nie można było korzystać a była by to super przyjemność🙂
