Amazing stay with all needed around

Everything is exactly as on the pictures and overall in good condition, we had a super nice small garden with our mobile house, parking directly in front of the door and a whirl pool. Bi-Village has a lot of offers on the premises: small shops, supermarket, trip organization/info point, sports, events etc Walking to Fazana is possible along the beach in 20 mins

Almost no complaints just the kitchen misses a water cooker or coffee machine (we brought our own) and microwave was not working, because of a damaged socket (we simply moved it to another one). We were near to the main pool, so the moderated morning events starting around 10 were quite audible

We overall had a good stay, our son enjoyed our time there and so did our dog.

We really liked the overall ease for a family to enjoy their holidays, close to the beach, park for babies, close to restaurants, ice cream shop and markets.

Unfortunately, the bungalow was not clean inside or outside full of spider webs, dust and smelling funny. Our bungalow was supposed to be for 5 people, but there were only 4 (dirty) towels, 2 blankets, 4 sets of plates and cutlery and we cope with it for 1 or 2 days, but then it was impossible so I contacted the front desk staff who was rude and asked me in a very entitled tone if I had just noticed, which I of course don't appreciate. On top of that the "heated pool" was cold so given the early spring temperatures we couldn't enjoy it.

Very good

We appreciate focus on disabled people. Adjusted bathroom, nice pathways, perfect access to the sea - gradual way with handrail. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms… new equipment.

Staff at reception not customer oriented, linnen change was a big problem, receiving more air conditioning hours than 20 at once not possible, but you have to come again and again… A dishwasher would make a big difference, save much water and let us relax instead of constant washing dishes on holiday… Also mosquito nets in windows would make our stay much more pleasant.

Great first experience with a camping village

Almost everything was Perfect. The staff was great and helpful.

They should work more on cleaning the houses. In our showers there was a awful fungus/mold that could be taken care of.

Reception was very understaffed, every time you had to wait for 30 mins minimum. Coordination between staff was also poor, we reported an air cond problem and when we came back for follow up nobody knew about our first report

Great location, but dirty, old and expensive appartment.

Appartment was holiday home category comfort plus. It was not clean and is old and worn out. I found hairs on all the bed mattress covers. Flies and cobwebs on all the ceilings. The bathroom was dirty too, the shower head was broken, the sink stopper in the wash basin too. The kitchen was old and dirty. Too expensive for what it is.

As a family we really enjoyed our stay.

Pula and Brijuni close by was perfect choice for us. The pools are enough for children to spend whole holidays. The site contains everything needed and there is bigger market near by for those who prefer to cook by themselves.

We were not able to choose the exact location of our house and we were glad to receive house with non-shared terrace. Having the house next to one of the pools was not that great at all. Fortunately the pool closes early in the evening.

loved it, would like to come back again

Beach, Location, space, property, safety, services, entertainment opportunities. It is a great place for children and family.

The 20 hours air condition included could be not enough for a long vaccation, but if you dont want to use it any time, and if you dont spend your time in the property, than really you dont need AC running allways. Wifi is only for payment possible. Like Eu citizen is also unnecessary, but for 3rd country citizens is not cheap.

Not coming back

I Like the Location, very close to the beach.

When we enter to the living room the plastic front terrace table was in it, and we had to take it outside. It was very big, with 4 chairs. Whole place had the smell, and I didn’t like the bathroom. Moldy

Great

I love the location. We have been in an appartment nearby the Beach, it's like 50 m to the Beach. The Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restarurant in the Village is the best in Fazana!! Loved the food. You Just have to be carefull with the reservation, we accidently booked the dutch cottage and it was terrible and had to change the reservation as we arrived. The photos are different on the booking than they actually are. But in the end it was small difference in prices between this house and Our appartment.

I thought we have booked an appartment from the beginning because of the photos on booking. Then it appeared we Reserved something totally different. It should be clear from the start. I think thats also party the fault of booking that they dont show the real house you book

Nice place, a lot of trees and green places in the camping, no stairs, good for invalids, shadow, good spray park for small children (3-7 years old), good restaurant AlMare, near beach, good pathway to Fazana, good place for bikes and children, nice adventure park but additionally payable

Apartament Comfort - big, spacious, but there was no double bed, single beds were not comfort, room were old- furnitured, the worst thing was high leaky attic so quite a lot of insects were entering the room; no mosquito nets! this apartments need renovation and sometimes there wasn't nice to be inside. Water in swimming pool was cold (September, air temperature was 27-28st). Poor water attraction on the swimming pool for teenagers.

Good

Bi village is a very relaxed place, with lots of activities (although many of them against payment) for kids of all ages. Plenty of restaurants as well - in every restaurant you can find at least one thing that is really good. Alternatively there are many good restaurants in Fazana or Pula, Rovinj...Camp is spacious, clean and offers lots of shades. Superior Mobile Homes are quite comfortable for a family of 4-5.

The reception crew is year by year in the same - pretty “annoyed” mood, not really happy to check in guests. Small things confirm this - there were at least 5 mobile houses free for the entire duration of our stay, we got the one with least shade and directly behind external air-condition units of another house (hint, stay away of mobile houses 503 and 504 if you can). The lady phoned the cleaning team if the house is ready (we checked in at 13:00), came back and told us we can collect the keys at 15:00 as the house is NOT ready. We went to check the house nevertheless and the cleaning team was done and told us that they just confirmed to the reception team that the house is good to go (and remember, there were another 4-5 houses empty....). it is hard to understand why the receptionists team believes they need to “punish” guests and not allow them to use the facility earlier... To be entirely fair - when we informed (and not asked!) that we will check out two hours later, this was not an issue. It is also difficult to understand how come booking via booking.com is always with better conditions then booking done directly (well, we simply do the booking.com reservation).

Great beach and nice mobile homes but badly organised activities

The beach is spectacular, very clean with really nice entrance into the water with small white pebbles. The water is amazing, mostly calm with no waves and so clean. There is an amazing view on Brijuni island. The superior mobile home we stayed in was very nice, spacious, with air conditioning, a great kitchen, and wonderful bathrooms.

There were advertised activities that weren't available at the holiday centre. For example, there is an adventure park and a surf centre which don't work the hours that are advertised, and it's difficult to contact them since there are no contact numbers or information about working hours etc at the main reception. Most of the pools weren't open at all, and the advertised pool with warm water is actually for small children. Only after arrival we found out there is an online check in, maybe that should be made known to all guests by email or similar.

Schön und erholsam trotz Mängel

Die Lage zum Strand/Meer, einfach klasse. Das Studio war sehr ruhig, der dazugehörige Balkon hat eine gute Größe.

Das Studio Ansicht war ok, das Badezimmer im 80er Jahre Stil der 80er Jahre. Das Wasser beim Duschen läuft schlecht ab, obwohl wir das Sieb immer sauber gemacht haben. Das Licht lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die dazugehörige Neonlampe konnte nur mit dem Besenstiel angeschaltet werden. Die Fliesen rutschig mit feuchten Füßen, da kein Frotteevorleger vorhanden ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist übersichtlich, es sind keine Müslischalen vorhanden. Außerdem wurden wir beklaut, wir haben die Liegen und die Paddel immer vor unserem Auto und dortigen Hecke abgestellt. Das Studio hatte ja wenig Platz und im Auto war das Schlauchboot. Das konnte wohl jemand für den nächsten Urlaub brauchen. Das Personal hat sich bemüht uns zu helfen.
