Duże, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie z tarasem i podwórkiem, na którym jest huśtawka, stół do ping ponga, dużo miejsca do zabawy dla dzieci i grill. Idealne warunki do spędzania wakacji. Blisko do miasta (5 min. spacerem), sklepów, plaży. Fažana to w ogóle urocze miejsce! Z prawdziwymi włoskimi gelato i dobrymi, sprawnie zarządzanymi knajpkami. (Choć niestety wszystko stało się odczuwalnie droższe w tym roku.) Gospodarze bardzo serdeczni i pomocni.
Brakło drobnych elementów wyposażenia- kilku więcej wieszaków w szafie, mydła w niemal pustym dozowniku. Dom z zewnątrz prezentuje sie nowocześnie, ale samo mieszkanie jest dość staromodne - i niestety pościel już zużyta. Niby prana, ale poplamiona i lepka od płynu do płukania, co budzi dyskomfort.
