Short and sweet :)

Location is perfect, especially if you have small children. Ten meters from the entrance there is a park with shade where you can put your towel and then in another 5 meters there is the beach with pebbles. The Fažana center is also 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is also very spacious. We were two adults with a baby and a small dog. I read previous comments and would like to tell you that AC worked without a problem.

The kitchen is really badly equipped. There are only 2 electric stoves on which it is really hard to cook, because you can not regulate the heat like on a gas or induction cooker. The pans and all the cookware is also in a bad condition and everything needs a serious upgrade. Please do not get me wrong, you can still cook some spaghetti and some sauce from the can, but anything that is not a dish that students cook in a dorm, I will be a challenge here.

In general the accomodation was worth the money.

The location of the property is really good. Close to the sea, playground, city center, but still fairly quiet. Easy parking right next to the building. Appartment was spacious with one big terrace and one smaller. AC was working properly (we had to ask for remote though).

It's hard to rate as this was our first experience with this kind of accomodation and location. So it is possible that this is "standard" but we didn't expect and were quite dissapointed with this: - lack of microwave oven or even conventional oven (our bad, we should check the description in detail) - no hand soap, detergent nor dish cloth - I am not sure why these <1Eur articles are not standard to save us time with shopping - the place was not really kids friendly - the floor has hard tiles on which every step is audible so we received complaints from host to calm our kids down multiple times (in the middle of the day). I can not imagine kids that are not running and loudly speaking from time to time. So I definitelly do not recommend for families with small kids, if you do not want to spent whole time in the appartment trying to calm them down...

not full equiped kitchen. need to ask for additional toalete paper and garbage liner bag. They have us, but attitude was not OK.

Lokalita skvělá

Tragické zařízení apartmánu , nedostatečně velká lednice pro 6 osob , upadla dvířka od mrazáku , zničené pánvičky s oloupaným povrchem , nevybavenost kuchyně , baterie u dřezu tekla a byla omotaná izolepou , 4 lůžka ( dvě rozkládací pohovky ) nekomfortní spaní na týden . Tvrdé polštáře .
