Double Deck Large Apartment in Fažana – 5 minutes walk from the beach

Our apartment "Double Deck"is located within a fully fenced private property, on the first and second floors of a two-story house. We live on the ground floor, with our pets, while the two floors of the apartment are for your exclusive use. On the same property, there is another accommodation we rent out, the holiday home "Depandance", a small house for 4 people.

We, Barbara and Andrea, consider ourselves inclusive hosts who enjoy interacting with our guests. We live here and see this as an added value for our guests. We are always available for advice, assistance, and – why not – for a chat or spending some time together. As local hosts, we can offer you, if you wish, the opportunity to experience the area with us, discovering this region, its traditions, and its peculiarities. If you want to deepen your knowledge of this area, please don’t hesitate to ask. Barbara is a licensed tour guide and can help you and/or accompany you in exploring Istria.

The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious and has air conditioning in every bedroom. During our hosting experience, we have noticed that many people do not like using air conditioning, so we found it fair not to charge guests for services they do not wish to use. For this reason, and out of respect for the environment, we decided not to include its cost in the daily rental price. Therefore, the cost of air conditioning will be calculated only at the end of your stay, counting only the days and the rooms where it was actually used. We have adopted the same policy for the use of the washing machine, which is shared among all guests in the laundry room. For this service, we offer 2 free washes per week.

We are a Pet Friendly property and are very happy when guests travel with their pets – we also have a dog and two cats. If you decide to spend some relaxing time here with your four-legged friend, we ask you to follow a few rules out of respect for other animals and people. Please always keep your pet under control and, out of consideration for those with allergies, do not allow your pet on sofas or beds. Please note that a daily fee applies for your pet’s stay.
Andrea is a professional dog trainer and can help you manage your dog, provide a dog-sitting service, or even offer a mini obedience course during your holiday.

The parking space accommodates two standard-size vehicles or one large vehicle/van. It is located inside the property and is free of charge. The tourist tax is also free for you. Therefore, except for any extra services you choose to use, no additional costs will apply.

The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the center of Fažana, a charming fishing village facing the stunning archipelago of the Brioni National Park. Fažana offers all essential services, including a tourist doctor, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, seafront restaurants, and shops.

The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It is a pebble beach with various facilities, including a Beach Bar, Beach Volleyball Court, Children’s Playground, sun beds, and umbrellas. Other beaches are also within walking distance and offer additional services such as diving, sailing and motorboat rentals, windsurfing school and rentals, jet skis, and water games. There are also secluded and intimate beaches for your relaxation. Fažana also has several dog-friendly beaches.
