Schöne helle Wohnung, direkt gegenüber vom Strand!

Najlepšia lokalita, blízko veľmi pekných kamienkovych plazi s pozvoľným vstupom do mora, upravenej promenády aj centra mestečka. Na prvú pláž to bolo naozaj minútu chôdze, do centra dve minúty. Priamo pod oknami dve pekárne a zmrzlinárne,(odporúčame tu smerom k centru, bola oveľa lepšia), tuto dostupnost sme si veľmi užívali, nádherný výhľad z okna obývačky na more, Velmi príjemne zariadený byt, všetko pomerne nove, čisté - oceňujem čistotu práčky, nebála som sa v nej vyprat. Domáci nám odporučili parkovanie neďaleko, inak je po okoli platené.

Celkový dojem to nepokazilo, ale chcem upozorniť na pár veci: sušenie veci do takého vnútrobloku, ktorý pôsobil veľmi neupravene a neupratane, to mi vadilo. Navyše tam nesvietilo slnko, takze sa nič poriadne nevysusilo do druhého dňa. mali sme apartman na 1. Poschodí, kam vedu pomerne strmé schody. Nám to nevadilo, ale niekomu môže. Kocik sme si mohli nechat na prízemí pod schodami, takze to bolo ok. Klimatizácia fungovala dobre, no je umiestnená iba v obývačke a jednotlivé izby by asi vychladila až po nejakom čase. Nemali sme horucavy a i tak bolo v noci v izbe teplo. Manželská postel nie je dostatočne veľká pre spanie s dieťaťom, ale to bola naša špecifická potreba , to nie je chyba ubytovateľa, pripravených posteli sme mali viac, no boli v rôznych izbách.

Perfekte Lage, freundlicher Besitzer, genug Platz, sauber! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Waschmaschine soll überprüft werden, wollte bei uns nicht schleudern. Richtiger Parkplatz fehlt.

The location and the host are the biggest advantages: - The apartment's location is great, especially for dog owners (the dog beach is very close). - The air conditioning works well enough to maintain a pleasant temperature inside. - Plenty of towels are provided. - Very nice owner.

The apartment for sure needs refresh: - The biggest problem with this apartment is the entrance door. It's two thin boards held together by a thin bolt only at the bottom. Even when closed, nothing holds top of the door. My family didn't feel safe because the door was very fragile and could easily have been forced open if someone wanted to force their way in. Admittedly, the entrance doors to the entire building are much more solid, but you never know who's sleeping in the other apartments and whether they'll remember to close them. - The bathroom door doesn't lock (the lock doesn't work). - The apartment has a rooftop terrace, but the lighting doesn't work, which significantly reduces its usability (due to the temperatures, it's most pleasant to sit on after sunset). - The stairs to the apartment are quite steep and narrow. This wasn't a problem for me, but I think they should be photographed honestly, as not everyone can manage them. Overall, this is an apartment with a lot of untapped potential. It really doesn't take much effort to significantly improve the comfort of use. I think working lighting and properly functioning doors should be a given. I hope these things will be improved, as there's truly great potential here. If the apartment were refreshed and these shortcomings were addressed, I'd be happy to return. In its current state, I probably wouldn't.
