Stunning location, excellent restaurant.

Stunning location, excellent restaurant for dinner and great kids playground. The family room was very spacious, I appreciated the separate space for the kids and it was very clean.

We were there on a very warm night and there is no a/c or fans in the room, which meant we had to have the window open and got attacked by mosquitos, which meant not a lot of sleep. The breakfast was ok, we were not aware if it was just the buffet or whether there was a cooked option also, as some people had cooked food to order.

Great food, lovely helpful staff, beautiful views, right on bus route to town, and you can join the schnapps trail directly outside.

Pillow was not comfortable but I should have asked for options. I'm sure the staff would have helped.

Perfect place to stay in Oberkirch area

You can tell this is a business run with care & attention to detail. We loved it! From start to finish, over a 3 night stay we were not lacking for anything. The staff are so friendly and always checking you have everything to make your stay comfortable. The surroundings are second to none. The views are beautiful, it is so peaceful and it’s a very relaxing place to stay. We were a party of 6 ladies looking for a lovely venue for our schnapps getaway. We did a 12 mile schnapps walk one day - it was absolutely stunning. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was perfect - it is a top quality dining experience. I would recommend the 3 course set menu! The food was delicious and every member of our party enjoyed the food. Breakfasts were great - freshly baked good and lots of continental choice, plus cooked eggs and bacon. Rooms were very spacious, spotless and well laid out. Thankyou to the hotel for having us. Top tips: There is a bus running to and from Oberkirch, which is free when you get a ticket from the hotel. They run every hour and it’s only a short journey. The local swimming pool is immaculately kept and a great day to spend the day - 2 pools, a baby pool, diving boards and a slide, plus great little snack bar.

Large room with lovely balcony in quiet location. Very nice staff, delicious evening meal and excellent breakfast.

Parts looked a little tired but undergoing a refurb after which it will be excellent.

Great stay

The hotel had nice comfortable and spacious rooms with a beautiful view on the mountains. very clean facilities. The restaurant was very good, we had to reserve as it was full every evening. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was also great with a good choice of bread, viennoiserie, fruit, granola, etc… The hotel is situated nicely at 1 hour drive from Strassbourg and some nice smaller towns in the close area. We went for a beautiful walk at Allerheiligen Waterfalls. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very friendly staff and lots of facilities for children, including a playground and an in-door play room. The family room was great - spacious with a separate room for the children. Nice views and excellent restaurant.

Black forest AND in Autumn is super !

The hotel was in a great location in the beautiful and peaceful village of Oberkich, very near to hiking spots. Recommended hiking in the area. It is magical!!!. The room was big enough, very clean and with nice design. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of fresh products. The staff was polite and helpful.

Some of the staff could not speak English, but ok. Μattress was too soft, Ι couldn't enjoy it enough.

Superbe cosy neuf calme et très bel hôtel.

Lieu calme, hôtel magnifique belle architecture et neuf, tout y est bien pensé, véritable parquet en chêne, le personnel est super attentif et gentil. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, repas excellents. Literie confortable et chambres grandes modernes et silencieuses avec joli balcon avec vue sur la nature. Équipement des chambres avec sèche cheveux de bonne qualité, frigo et chauffage et Clim réglable. Parking facile et gratuit devant l’hôtel. Jeux pour les enfants dans les extérieurs. Quartier calme dans la nature. Excellentes cappuccino et œufs brouillés!! Produits locaux au petit déjeuner. Coffre fort dans la chambre.

Rien en particulier, peut être le soleil qui n’était pas présent. Sinon a savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’oreillers supplémentaires mais sur demande certainement qu’ils en fournissent, pas de machine à café dans la chambre,

Schönes Hotel Saubere, modern eingerichtete Zimmer Tolles Frühstück Abendessen mit gehobenem Preis/Leistungsniveau. Es gibt in knapp 15 Gehminuten Entfernung ein tolles Restaurant mit guter Küche. Das Restaurant heißt Gasthaus Krone in Ödsbach. E-Ladesäule auf dem Parkplatz vorhanden

Sehr, sehr weiche Betten (aber das ist sicher Geschmacksache) WLAN hat nicht immer funktioniert Unser Zimmer war recht dunkel

Wir durften in einem der neuen Zimmer übernachten, welche sehr schön geworden sind. Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem die Dame, die für das Frühstück zuständig war.

Im Bad wäre ein Vergrößerungsspiegel toll. Ein Schuhlöffel, sowie eine Abstellmöglichkeit für nasse Schuhe wären prima.

Hem passat uns dies magnífics a l'hotel, som una familia de 4 (2 nens i 2 Adults), ens han encantat tots els detalls, l'hotel està molt ben cuidat, és modern, però manté l'esperit familiar de la selva negra! Les habitacions són amplies i tenen tots els serveis que puguis necessitar! El restaurant és molt recomenable, i l'esmorzar boníssim i amb productes de proximitat! Tornarem encantats, és un bon punt base per visitar la zona!

Für eine Nacht ist alles ok, Preis Leistung stimmt

Wirklich eine tolle Lage mitten in der Natur. Das Restaurant bietet eine großzügige Terrasse an, welche man auch für das Frühstück nutzen kann und auch das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Balkon.

WLAN war leider eine Katastrophe, wenn man es geschäftlich braucht, ist das natürlich schlecht. Im Badezimmer könnte man einen neuen Vorleger kaufen, dieser war sehr stark ausgefranzt. Beim TV finde ich es immer sehr lästig, wenn bei 1000 Programmen nur jeder zehnte Platz belegt ist, das könnte man für den Gast etwas komfortabler abspeichern und es wäre schön, wenn auf dem tollen Balkon vielleicht auch noch ein Tisch stehen würde. Leider fehlte etwas die Liebe zum Detail.

Frühstücksbuffet war für einen gehobenen Anspruch und das Personal ar durchweg sehr zuvorkommend.

Wenn ich hier was notieren würde, wäre das jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Nein alles ok.

Zeer mooie locatie en goede uitvalsbasis voor wandeltochten en een tour door het Zwarte woud - goede en schone kamers - kwaliteit restaurant - vriendelijk personeel.

Kamer kan wat vollediger worden uitgerust. Er was slechts 1 fauteuil en er ontbrak de mogelijkheid voor het zetten van een kop koffie of thee.
