When I first arrived I was greeted by Zurab, he showed me around and then poured me a very large wine that was more than welcome after a busy day travelling. Zurab and his family just made me feel very welcome. If you are travelling to Telavi on a budget and want really good value for money then this really is the place to stay ))

Good location, close to central Telavi. Nevertheless in a nice, quiet area. I visited during a quiet season, but it looks like a very nice place for groups. My room had four beds in it. Hosts very hospitable in the genuine sense. Private restroom was clean.
Make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo for the shower. They provide towels but there wasn't soap in the bathroom. That's not really a problem, but it's something to take into account.

Great location, nice owner
The room was cold (neither heating, nor air conditioning) and dump. The linen (including the pillow and blanket) were old and obviously stuffed with natural materials (like feathers and cotton) which gave me an asthma attack
The floor was dirty, covered with dust and somebody's hairs. But the most terrifying thing was the bathroom - toilet was dirty, covered with urine splashes, the sink was also dirty, so was the floor and the shower
Disgusting place, do not recommend
