Haus Resi

The flat was very clean and well appointed. I liked the sharp knives. The towels were good and the mattress comfortable as sponge on wooden slats. Outdoor shoes are left at the door. Available on arrival was Earl Grey tea and some coffee nespresso pots however no milk or UHT little cartons of milk/cream, which would have been nice as the local shop is not open from mid-day Saturday to Monday morning. There is a supermarket open at the airport for provisions or ?supermarket at Bilbach, nearest local larger town There is a washing machine in the basement, however you need to see the landlady for a key. It would be helpful to have a list of times when and where the landlady is available. Her son speaks good English. Perhaps a chair could be added to the main bedroom(s). FYI the stairs to the upper floors are immediately right as you enter the front door. Berwang is quite hilly and the location of the swimming pool is 300 metres up the hill located beyond the main car park. All the accommodation is linked into a central database at the Information centre and once you have your visitors number at the accommodation you can ask the information centre to print you the visitors pass, which gives free bus transport and a discount to the swimming pool entrance fee.

The major problem for me was that the code system both on the front door and the room door, was not one I had encountered before, so fortunately another occupant was available and showed me what to do. The PIN number was the same code for both entrance and flat door. Perhaps some demonstration pictures would be useful to overcome the language barrier. At the front door you needed to input the PIN and then the green tick button on the key pad. At the flat door you swipe the front of the door handle from left to right, this activates the number lights on the handle and you then input the PIN number, the light changes on the door handle to green and the lock clicks as it unlocks. Depress the door handle to enter. As the final payment was requested in cash the production of a receipt/paid invoice or a copy of the booking.com would be well received.

Bardzo czysto wszystko na swoim miejscu

We hadden de 4 persoons superior en dat is een schoon appartement met mooi uitzicht. De badkamer is net vernieuwd, 1 maand oud

Je huurt het appartement, maar verder zit er niets bij. Geen speeltuintje voor kinderen oid.

Mooie locatie

Wij hadden een appartement geboekt met 4 slaapkamers. Kwamen binnen zagen dat het er 3 waren. Mevrouw van wie de locatie is gaf aan dat ze vond dat wij het wel met 3 slaapkamers konden doen. Meerdere malen aangegeven dat wij expres een appartement hadden geboekt met 4 kamers omdat wij dat nodig hebben voor ons gezin. Mevrouw was het hier niet mee eens en gaf aan dat we er niet voor betaald hadden terwijl wij echt een reservering hadden voor 4 kamers. Toen kwamen er nog een aantal smoesjes waarom er drie slaapkamers waren. Na 20 minuten discussie gevoerd te hebben kon de vierde slaapkamer in ons appartement opeens open. Heel vreemd allemaal aangezien we dit gewoon geboekt hadden. Dit had niet zoveel moeite moeten kosten. Erg jammer!
