El personal fue lo mejor , excelente, amabilidad, respetuoso, educado, en definitiva como en casa. La limpieza super bien , la comida una pasada de buena, un grupo de empleados muy, muy,muy, bueno .lo mejor fue eso.la experiencia juntos a ellos fue inolvidable.

La falta de respeto por parte de algún turista hacia el personal y el resto de uespedes

It was our third time at this Riad, which is usually awesome. And the staff is very kind.

There was a problem with the hot water only in our room. Basically we had only hot water on the first day. The staff kept telling us that when we return from our walk, we would have hot water. But it was never solved. After 24 hours, they recognized that they would not be able to solve it and proposed a solution (shower in a next door Riad, but which did not match, by far, the quality of our accommodation). We did not accept and booked a different Riad. We were readily refunded. Although the staff could not solve the problem (weekend and Ramadan), and tried to find solutions, our third time in this Riad ended up being disappointing.
