The house, host and the location was really awesome. I would recommend others to stay here.

The location was really awesome. The rooms were neat and tidy and there was everything what we needed. The Kitchen was full with Utensils needed for cooking, Toaster, Coffee machine, Water heater, Back oven, Fridge, Induction stove, wash basin, kitchen Towels, cutleries etc. everything was available. The host Mrs. Thurner was super nice and friendly. We had great time with family and enjoyed the views from the Balcony. There was ample space for parking in front of the property. There were Towels for Shower and hand wash but no toiletries provided. Wish we could have stayed much longer. The host was kind enough to ask us if we needed Dinner since we were arriving late and the Restaurants closed at 7pm. You can also order different kinds of bread for the next day breakfast direct from a local bakery, the prices of the breads are also mentioned in the card. There was loads of Information and Brochure of what to do around the nearby places and Mrs. Thurner had loads of information about it too.

There was some smell, i guess from the cows but that is how a farmer house would be. but there was no compromise in the cleanliness.

We enjoyed very much the stay

If you are looking for a nice, quiet, isolated rural stting - this is the place. Not far from Innsbruck ( 40 min. drive) The host, Evelyn, is a wonderful women, ready to help and assist, she also prepared a large and tasty breakfast (not included in the basic price - 9 Euros p/person). She doesn't speak English but we were able to communicate easily with my broken German .Our son and his family stayed in the detached house and they enjoyed it very much

They don't accept credit cards and require an advance payment that I had to do via a bank transfer that cost me 30 Euros. When entering the main house there is a strong smell from the cowshed, but we did not notice it the rooms or other places

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich, groß und mit allem ausgestattet.

Beim Öffnen der Fenster sind uns tote Fliegen und andere Insekten ins Zimmer gefallen. Der Stallgeruch ist unangenehm und hat sich in der ganzen Kleidung festgesetzt…

Super fijn verblijf in rustige landelijke omgeving

Prachtige landelijke en rustige locatie. We kregen 2 2-persoonskamers naast elkaar op bovenste verdieping met een gezamenlijk balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Ook was er een apart klein keukentje met zithoek.

Inrichting is wat verouderd maar zeker niet storend

Echt de moeite waard!

Prachtige ligging, heerlijk authentiek knus en schoon. De eigenaresse stond altijd klaar voor een praatje en info en tips. Ze legde elke ochtend verse broodjes klaar.
