Beautiful spacious apartment, with centralised Air conditioned : cold and warm at all the rooms, just over the beach, with a big terrace looking the Mediterranean,
It has 2 bedrooms, with bathrooms on suite each one , a big living and dinning room kitchen, parking area, and a big terrace over the beach and the sea. The big terrace, 20 sq meters is facing south, so you will have sun the whole day, and enjoy the sunrise - sunset. The terrace is fully equipped with a dining table and sunbeds.
Can stay in the apartment comfortably up to 4 adults, or 5 in extra bed.
All modern necessities are included: Free Internet access WIFI, 2 smart TV , one at the living room and other at main room , microwave, washing machine, dish washer ,......
Beach front means literally ten steps from the door building, to Cotobro beach, a place well known as a beach and diving resort Near Golf fields, and Marina del Este .
Located at the exclusive paradise of Cotobro, 10 minutes’ walk from the village of Almuñecar, where you can visit the city, the market, Moorish castle, bars.
A public bus is also available from the building door to the center.

ALMUÑECAR: This part of the Granada Mediterranean coastline in Costa Tropical is a must see for all visitors, because of its fullness of history.
Almuñecar witnessed outstanding achievements that formed the Mediterranean culture. Tourists can visit: the necropolis from the 7th century BC and a 4th century fish salting plant, which are reminders of its Phoenician past; from Roman times, there are remains of civil buildings in the old town, like the vaults from the 1st century BC, located under the street named Martín Requeda, and the Roman Aqueduct; memories of splendor during the Arab Andalusian period are the layout of a district in the castle and the medieval fortress in itself, built on top of a Roman fortress. The Valle de Lecrín offers routes through stunning whitewashed villages, with narrow, steep streets, in the midst of a landscape that, in ancient times, bewitched Pheonecians and Romans.
The Granada coastline, with its splendid beaches, hidden coves and rugged cliffs, is ideal for every kind of sport, including diving and snorkelling, windsurfing, hang gliding and paragliding.

Due to the particularly hilly terrain, the towns have adapted to the uneven land, which is why they are built spaced out and facing south, to make the most of the gentle Mediterranean climate. The cobbled, winding streets are ideal to go for a stroll and breathe in calmness and tranquility. Time really does seem to have stopped in the Alpujarra.
One of the main towns in the region is Lanjarón, also known as the Puerta de la Alpujarra. It is the perfect spot to relax in the mineral-medicinal waters. There is also Órgiva, distinguished by its Moorish style.
The Balcón de la Alpujarra, formed by the whitewashed villages of Cañar, Soportújar and Carataunas, and the Barranco de Poqueira, home to the towns of Pampaneira, Bubión and Capileira, are a must-see in this region.

Stayed in October 2019. Flat situated directly on the beach with great views over the bay. The town is about a mile walk along the prom. There are bars, restaurants and food shops close by. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The owner Fernando was in good contact should we have needed anything else. Recommended.

We had an amazing time in Almunecar. We had myself and my husband and my daughter and her boyfriend for a few days. This apartment was perfect -- 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and nice living and dining area. And a fabulous terrace overlooking the beach. We enjoyed the view, the beach, there were lots of good restaurants and markets that were not too far, and the old town of Almunecar was very quaint. There are even some Roman ruins of a fish salting factory. Even though we had to change our arrival time because of some luggage issues, the owners were very accommodating and Lidia, the person who met us at the apartment was very helpful. We would absolutely stay in this apartment again. Excellent experience! Allison Tanner.

This is a lovely apartment in an absolutely perfect location, the photos are accurate. Almunecar a very Spanish resort, catering for mainly Spanish tourists (you won't find any English pubs etc here!). It is situated on the Costa Tropical, where the Sierra Nevada mountains meet the Med. The apartment has everything, but its main attraction is a gorgeous terrace over the Mediterranean Sea in a quieter part of town at the end of the Playa Cotobro beach. The terrace is deep enough to provide plenty of shade, even at midday. The apartment also has all kitchen and other appliances, it has a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms with toilet, etc. etc. The apartment is a 15 min walk along the seafront from the town of Almunecar itself and as the photos show, is literally across the road from Playa Cotobro beach. Almunecar has many restaurants, but it is great to self cater and dine on the beautiful terrace, watching the world go by. (We watched dolphins one evening!) The Meracadona supermarket in the town has a large underground carpark and there is also a daily food market in town as well selling amazing seafood; so it is easy to stock up on some excellent spanish produce (the fridge is large!). Almunecar also old moorish town centre and roman ruins. For the literature types, it was also the setting for part of Laurie Lee's "As I walked out one summer morning" novel (there's a statue of him in the town). Also with the completion of the motorway, both Malaga and Granada are about 1 hour away.
Fernando is a great host and is very helpful in making sure you enjoy your stay.

Merveilleux séjour dans ce très bel appartement situé sur la belle plage du Cotobro à 30 mètres à peine de la mer. La terrasse idéalement située, permet de bénéficier du soleil de tôt le matin à tard le soir ( superbes couchés du soleil ! ) Comble du bonheur pour un pêcheur, il y a du poisson dans la baie, et le piton rocheux devant la terrasse est un bon spot !!!!
Les propriétaires, Ana et Fernando sont des gens tout à fait charmants et attentionnés . L'appartement récemment réaménagé offre tout le confort souhaitable, ainsi qu'un parking privatif
