About this house rental
EVASIÓN, a unique home nestled between the beach and the sky, reminiscent of Granada’s Cármenes, with spacious gardens and patio areas. Perfectly located, just 20 meters from the beach and the boardwalk, its gardens and terraces with fantastic ocean views create a perfect paradise offering privacy, shade, and a place to relax, work, or entertain guests.
The gardens are home to more than 50 different species of plants, large and small, including succulents, tropical flowers, trees, and fruit. You’ll have fun identifying them all, and if the timing is right, you can squeeze a fresh lemon over your meal or enjoy pomegranates, figs, or grapefruits during your stay. There are plenty of seating options in the gardens, such as lounge chairs, a dining area for 6–8 people, and Moroccan-themed nooks with tables and sofas for having coffee, relaxing, or working remotely.
The house itself is the perfect place to spend a vacation with family or friends. The first house, or main house, features a master bedroom (queen-size bed), bathroom, kitchen/dining area, and living room with a sofa bed when needed. Two separate “cottages” provide privacy for your group. One has two single beds, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a sofa area that converts into a double bed (sleeps 4). The other has a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and incredible ocean views.
All three cottages are securely enclosed within the gated garden.
When you’re ready to head out, the location is unbeatable. It’s a short, easy walk to several beaches, restaurants, the old town, markets, pharmacies, and more. If you want to get some exercise, you can stroll along the 6-km seaside promenade, walk to the castle, or go for a hike or bike ride in the mountains. The possibilities are endless. You can get by without a car or park in a free public gravel parking lot across from the house (parking is readily available from September through June and can be accessed in the summer with a little patience).
