XIX century house, renovated with modern facilities, and which maintains the decoration and original charm of the stately home of the time.
It has a spectacular, spacious garden with exuberant tropical vegetation in which to relax, take refuge from the heat of summer days, and celebrate pleasant family dinners.
In an isolated and reserved environment where you can enjoy family intimacy, surrounded by plantations of subtropical crops typical of the area.
Bedrooms: 1 double room with a double bed and its own bathroom, 1 double room with a double bed, 1 double room with two beds, 1 single room, 1 bathroom.

Almuñécar is located on the Costa Tropical, with a multitude of family beaches, small solitary coves, and nudist beaches. The town offers the possibility of carrying out varied tourist and leisure activities for the whole family: museums and monuments; parks; Aquarium; ornithological park; water park; multiple sports activities (sports halls, swimming pools, diving, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, ...)
It is the perfect enclave for making close visits by car to the main tourist destinations in southern Spain: Granada (80 km, and approx. 50 min by car); Malaga (75 km., And 45 min. Approx. By car); other typical charming towns such as Salobreña, Nerja, Frijiliana, ..., Costa del Sol, ... Also, from the port of Motril you can take a ferry and enjoy daily excursions to Melilla and other destinations in northern Morocco.

The location is fascinating full of history. Impressive tropical garden surrounds the house, outdoor space to eat under the plants, swimming pool, convenient access to the beach in 12 minutes on foot, well-equipped kitchen and fresh and comfortable rooms. We had a great time and Manuel is attentive and very kind

What a remarkable villa. It is a family home from the 19th century that exudes history. A very pleasant and energetic place. The garden completes the stay. Incredibly beautiful with very old trees that create a microclimate with a cool temperature. Definitely recommended!

I read a review before renting this house. The review said that they loved it, but it might not be for everyone, I can agree. But those who doenst like this,have poor taste. I have been renting houses east of Malaga for 30 years, and this is among the best experiences. Pros and cons? well its not that easily accesible, they area is not fully developed. But any coniseur should know that this is also a pro. The house itself is wonderfull. Its Like living in a small piece of spanish history. I cannot imagine what the property would be worth if sold....its alot. But Manuel, the host, has chosen to keep it as is. I salute you. We picked bananas and avocadoes in the most fabulous garden ive ever seen. I cannot reccomend this enough. I could have rented a new house with a large pool for the same price, I am very happy that I didnt. I will be comming back for a very long time. Yendo con niños la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para que la estancia sea maravillosa. Es una casa en la que te apetece pasar tiempo dentro. Recomendada 100%
