Acabamos de salir esta semana y se suponía que la piscina iba a estar abajo algún día. Las lluvias hicieron que retrasara todo nuestro viaje. Eso no es lo peor. La lluvia causó daños en el techo, por lo que se hizo una construcción ruidosa todo el día. Cambiamos de habitación, pero el agua caliente estaba fuera. El calor/frío está al revés. El personal es muy agradable y servicial. Sería bueno saber de antemano cuándo un hotel está en construcción y la piscina está fuera de servicio.

Affordable hotel in the heart of the historical centro area. Staff were great and reception spoke English which was helpful. Room was cleaned every day.
The hotel has a small pool which came in handy during the heat.
Not the hotels fault however we had a group of rowdy guests who were making noise until midnight for a few nights we were there which was not ideal. The design of the hotel means you can hear the noise from other levels, so everyone suffers.
Very close to the auto progreso station for a day trip to the beach. Also one block from the cathedral and square where they often had entertainment on at night.

The staff is super friendly and the hotel is with 2 blocks from the main square,lots of restaurants and shopping.
