Somewhat disappointed

Badly Faded sofa. Chest of drawers broken. Outside needed painting badly, some external doors were rotten. Despite advertising as having Internet there wasn't any and the clubhouse had it but mobiles weren't allowed. There was also no restaurant which wasn't what the details said. All in all underwhelming and somewhat disappointing. For those wanting to play golf, the course look good.

Good value for money,

The location is very quiet and out of the way. we didnt see one other person during our stay. The property is clean and tidy and is good value for money.

Not being able to park outside your property is annoying.

Comfortable quaint apartment

Good location for the town, nice little apartment, perfect for a couple of nights. Pretty much all the essentials provided so all in all exceptionally good. What really made this was the staff, their communication, cooperation and helpfulness was exceptional and my thanks go out to them.

Good value, good location with helpful staff.

Spacious flats which had all the facilities we required. Good parking, quiet and great views of the golf course.

The exteriors require some work but the flats inside are well presented.

the apartment/cottage was quaint, furnished nicely, well equiped kitchen.nice and quiet,

wasn't too far from the reception, would have been easier to be able to car down.

It advertised free WIFI, there wasn't any. advertised to be 8 miles from attleborough, it was 30 minutes and £40 each way. The proper instruction for the hob would have been useful, could work out which knob did which plate

we didnt want to eat there because the acommadation was so bad

It was ok for the price but nothing special.

The site was quiet and out the way. It was clean and good value for money.

We werent allowed to take a car to the accomodation, so it was a fair walk along a stoney path. It seemed everyone else could take cars, except us. the images need updating, the site looks nothing like the images.

Golf club apartment

It was very clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed.

Mattresses were a bit too firm. There was no wi fi in apartment but told they had it in the club house. Told we could drop off bags by car but then had to return car to car park. Other cars were parked there all night? Hence woken up very early by other cars leaving!

Good location

Perfect location with parking

While I appreciated the setting and facilities, I did find one aspect of the stay quite uncomfortable. The weather during my visit was exceptionally hot, and unfortunately, the bedding provided, particularly the duvet, was very thick and clearly more suited to colder months. It made sleeping difficult, and I feel that lighter, season-appropriate bedding would have made a significant difference to my comfort.

Fantastic location, on arrival staff did not know where room was, handed a key and had to walk around to try and find it

No wifi which wouldn’t usually bother me but phone reception is not great in the area. single size quilts, although the beds are single which were fine, I’m 6ft3 so the quilts were too small for me

Public communal areas were hardly ever available and WiFi was not available in private areas. Some bedrooms described as twin turned out to be doubles; not appropriate for our group.
