Clean attractive comfortable room.
Think the staff back-up is probably outsourced, as I was unable to obtain a drinking vessel of any sort despite lots of emails. There is a whole kitchen there but useless without a single piece of cutlery or crockery. And no cups in our room. One valiant member of staff was doing their best. A cup didn’t seem a big ask. Glad the electronic keys worked as not sure anyone would have been available to assist.

the idea of using virtual keys sounds great in principle but it does not work. I just ended up on a phone to try to access the room. when I got to the room there was a very bad smell coming from the shower which affected the entire apartment. Because there was no person at the building to complain to it was too much hassle to call someone. I just wanted to get to sleep and go the next day. I don’t be using giarooms ever again
