Hotel Boutique Mas Passamaner

We spent two nights at Hotel Boutique Mas Passamaner and, unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations of a hotel advertised as 5-star. We stayed in the “Suite Premium,” but apart from the price, there was very little that felt premium. The suite itself was spacious and had potential, but it was poorly maintained. The furniture was old, mismatched, and seemed randomly placed, giving the room a tired appearance. Throughout the suite, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail that you would normally expect from a luxury property. While the hotel has a beautiful building and charming surroundings, the accommodation simply did not justify the premium rate we paid. Based on our experience, I would rate it closer to a 3-star hotel than a 5-star one. My advice to future guests would be not to spend extra on the more expensive room categories. I suspect there is very little difference between the standard rooms and the so-called premium suites, making the additional cost difficult to justify. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs significant improvements in maintenance, furnishings, and overall attention to detail before it can truly deliver the 5-star experience it promises.
