Posizione centralissima, ideale per poter visitare tranquillamente a piedi il bellissimo centro storico liberty di Reus, e anche uscire la sera. Vicinissimo anche a diversi parcheggi cittadini, anche custoditi.
Un po' difficile salire al quarto piano con le valigie e senza ascensore, posto adatto a coppie e persone giovani, senza problemi a salire le scale, che sono abbastanza ripide.
