L'emplacement de l'appartement, proche du métro est pratique. Les 7 chambres sont tout à fait convenables avec de bons lits confortables. Il y a un snack (surtout des hot dog) sans prétention mais sympa et pratique, avec des prix attractifs au sous sol qui touche l'immeuble. Proprété ok.
Malgré la possibilité d'être 11, la cuisine, n'est pas vraiment pratique pour un repas d'un grand groupe. Il n'y a pas d'autre pièce pour se réunir à part la cuisine exiguë. Quelques détails à faire arranger, mais qui n'ont pas poser de réels problèmes : manque de joint des portes de douche et certains volets roulants qui ne fonctionnent pas très bien.

-Afbladderende muren (vocht/ schimmel) -Doucheputjes verstopt -Geen huiskamer -Keuken veel te klein voor 10 personen met een enorm grote boiler die herrie maakt - Vieze matrassen - Geen extra kussens - Stoppen gaan eruit als er in de keuken 2 apparaten aan gaan of de airco - Te weinig badmatjes/handdoeken voor 5 dagen
