Everything except the bed.
Only the bed frame. Shaky and squeaky.

Location is convenient to metro, few nearby restaurants & coffee shops & easy walk to Lisbon center. Unit is clean & quiet. Good wifi. Host is responsive to questions.
I stayed in smallest room which is VERY small. Bathroom sink is TINY ! Wall outlets not conveniently located. Main door to building is very heavy and code to enter unit is tricky to operate.

A limpeza poderia ser mais cuidada. Além disso, a simpatia e disponibilidade do anfitrião acabaram, por vezes, por se tornar excessivas para o nível de privacidade que procurava.

Great location, within walking distance of the metro and the city centre.
There was only one window facing the inner courtyard, with no possibility of natural light. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sink was far too small.
