Paradise for your holidays in Brittany: ocean views from the large bay windows in the living room, and also from 3 of the 4 bedrooms! You'll be able to admire the most beautiful swimming pool in the world from your bed thanks to the large double velux windows!

You'll be delighted to be able to enjoy our spacious garden with its magical view for a siesta in the sun or an aperitif. Very quiet location. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Fully enclosed garden.

Unique: direct access to the beach (private) through a small gate at the end of the garden, and the outdoor solar shower for returning from the beach or fishing! No roads or paths between you and the beach.

New, top-of-the-range Simmons bedding in all rooms. High-quality down duvets and pillows.
House sleeps 8, but can sleep 10 with the sofa bed.

We did have a major problem with a blocked drain just after we arrived. The host did everything she could to sort it out as quickly as possible. Thank you. After that we had a very relaxing time! The house was very comfortable and we so enjoyed the ever changing view and the beach access. The beds too were very comfortable. We hope to return.

We have had a wonderful stay at the well equipped house. A lot of windowdoors make the house look light also in wintertime. We enjoyed only passing the gardendoor having long walks at the beach. We cooked delicious meals, the kitchen was equipped with ererything you need to do so. Relaxing on the sofa (one was a litle bit too used), watching the sea, talking .. It has been th vacation we hoped for. Thank you for this wonderful week.

Tolles Haus in super Lage. Schöner großer Garten. Das Grundstück ist nicht vollständig eingezäunt. Für jagtfreudige Hunde muss ein Campingzaun mitgebracht werden. Der Zaun zum Meer ist auch sehr niedrig für große Hunde. Gassirunden sind direkt am Haus kein Problem. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht.

A sandy beach is very close and it's ideal for everyone, especially young children as the sea is very calm and safe. We enjoyed sea kayaking too. The beach is quiet. I loved the sun loungers at the end of the garden. Great spot! Loctudy is a small town, with not very many tourists, which I appreciated. There's plenty of interesting places to visit in the area. We had great weather so that made our stay even better!

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in dem schönen und sauberen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage des FH ist wunderbar direkt am Meer gelegen und hat einen wunderschönen Blick über den Atlantik. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet und immer korrekt. Den nächsten Bretagne Aufenthalt werden wir sicherlich wieder in dem schönen Anwesen verbringen.

Maison parfaite pour 6/7 personnes! Propre et bien équipée elle nous a occasionné un séjour serein et reposant. La situation au bord des plages est idéale. Le jardin , la terrasse et leur moblilier en nombre suffisant nous ont permis de bien profiter de l'extérieur. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Nous (2 adultes et 2 chiens) avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses dans cette maison de vacances au bord de la mer. La maison était très propre et équipée de tout le nécessaire. Loctudy est, au moins en été, un endroit animé avec des magasins et des restaurants, que l'on peut également atteindre à pied (environ 20 minutes). Si vous ne voulez pas toujours être dépendant de la voiture, il est conseillé de louer des vélos. Il y a une cabane à lapin sauvage dans le jardin et le chat du voisin aime aussi venir sur la terrasse. Comme nos deux femelles ont très envie de chasser, nous avons dû sécuriser la zone en plus au début. Le soir, nous avons pu faire de belles promenades le long de la mer et pendant la journée, nous avons trouvé des sentiers de randonnée ombragés, en particulier le GR 34, un sentier de randonnée le long de la côte bretonne, est fortement recommandé. Location d'exception et maison extrêmement agréable et très bien équipée. Madame Claquin est très sympathique et chaleureuse. L'accès à la plage du jardin est un vrai luxe et tout peut se faire à pied. 20/20!
