Immerse yourself in the warm atmosphere of our family home, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in Brittany. Located in the heart of La Forêt-Fouesnant, close to the beaches, the Cornouaille golf course, and just steps from shops, it combines comfort, space, and authenticity. With 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a bright living room, and an enclosed garden, you'll enjoy a welcoming setting, suitable for 12 people. The tasteful decor and seaside ambiance will make you feel like you're on holiday from the moment you arrive. Rentals during the summer period (July/August) are for a minimum of 7 days and from Saturday to Saturday. We are flexible for other periods. We encourage an eco-responsible approach through several practices in the house. You will also find: - Recycling bins in the kitchen. - Instructions for using off-peak hours for the dishwasher or washing machine. - We encourage you to bring your own linens to avoid too many loads of laundry. If we provide linens, we have them laundered by an eco-friendly dry cleaner. We are also open to any improvements :-) In the heart of the village, this fully renovated house (ready for May!) is the perfect place for a holiday combining authenticity and comfort. Sunday market, tourist office, and shops at the end of the garden: here, everything is within walking distance – even groceries or a coffee on a terrace! Linen (sheets and towels) is not included in the rental price. We can provide it as an option upon request: Package: €25 per bedroom. Please note: You will be the very first to discover the house after a complete renovation. To celebrate, we are offering a special rate during this summer period. Just a few minutes away: Beaches accessible by bike (10 min) or car (5 min) for relaxing days or invigorating swims. Port of La Forêt Fouesnant: embark for the Glénan Islands or enjoy water sports (sailing, paddleboarding, etc.). Cornouaille Golf Course: one of the most beautiful 18-hole courses in the region, just a few minutes' walk from the house.
