- Deposit of 500 euros to be delivered directly on the spot on arrival. By check or cash. Free water and gas. Electricity on meter readings at the start and the finish.
- House dedicated to family stays and retired friends. We will not welcome groups of young people to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.
A green setting on the seafront near beaches and shops on foot. Spacious house very bright on a large plot not overlooked. Boat trailer parking possible. Exposure and large openings provide maximum sunshine throughout the day until sunset. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with large adjoining bathroom, laundry, WC, living room 50m² with table for 6 to 12 seats, kitchen, pantry. On the floor: 3 rooms, 1 room of water, living room library, TOILET, very big playroom dormitory. All bedding is new with sleeping 160 and 180cm. Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are provided. Broadband internet with wifi in all rooms. For evenings game consoles, books, stereo. The basic products (food and cleaning) are available. La Forêt Fouesnant harmoniously combines sea and countryside so you can enjoy the many coastal paths and beaches. On the town: 1 golf, marina, fish ponds, oyster farmers, cider houses, many shops and restaurants for all budgets. The region has many tourist sites, advice will be offered according to your tastes.
Suitable for families: For children and babies there is 1 high chair, 3 feet for sinks and 2 pots. The large, sound-insulated playroom from the rest of the house allows adults to be quiet when the kids are having fun.
