Stoanerhof

Isabella's father met us with the keys to the apartment and showed us around. We needed to get some groceries and as it was Sunday most of the shops were closed. He went over and above driving us around until we found a supermarket. We did our shopping for the week and then to our surprise he had waited for us and drove us back again - what a gentleman! The property itself isn't walkable distance from the ski slopes so we opted to hire our skis at Kaltenbach and leave them there. This meant that we could use the Zillertal train (the station being a short 5 minute walk away) which was included in our ski pass. The station at Kaltenbach was really convenient for the gondola lifts and for the apres ski. We found the train much more reliable than the ski bus - the buses always looked packed when they arrived at Kaltenbach. The view out of the apartment is gorgeous, the icing on the cake being an illuminated church on a hill that looked like a Christmas decoration. We walked up to it on our last day (which took about 30 mins) before enjoying a delicious lunch in Fugen. Kapfing was really easy to get to by public transport from Innsbruck airport.

Tolle Lage des Hauses, sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Ausblick! Praktisch zu den Skigebieten gelegen.

Amazing stay, everything was great, couldnt fault a thing. Looking to return next year

The apartment was exceptionally clean. Great for kids who like animals.

No microwave. Infrequent ski bus.
