Financial deposit 200 Euro and all those explanations why it might not be refunded in full (e.g. it takes 15 minutes to wash the oven etc.).

On our way to the house we were greatly delayed due to an accident with the car. Our host Harald was very understanding and it was no problem arriving late. He also gave good tips about things to do. The house is recently renovated and has a private parking spot. We enjoyed our stay here.
The wifi doesnt always work very well and sometimes there was no warm water left if multiple people showered.
