About this apartment rental

We are a private house with a cozy 60m² apartment. We are in Kleinboden, a district in Fügen in a quiet but central location. Our apartment is equipped with 2 spacious double rooms, a cozy, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, dishes, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, Martello coffee machine), bathroom with shower and toilet, cloakroom, balcony ( Smoking) and parking. Satellite TV in every room, WiFi and radio are available. Bed linen and towels included. Self-catering.

We are happy to provide a travel cot for small children.

We hebben een week hier vakantie gehouden en waren zeer tevreden over het verblijf. Heel ruim en makkelijk toegankelijk. Parkeren voor de deur, plek zat. Ruime totaal uitgeruste keuken en 2 ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden(zeer belangrijk voor de nachtrust) en een lekker rustige buurt. (doodlopende straat) Geen verkeer en geen herrie snachts. Goede locatie en goede prijs. Top. Een aanrader.

Zeer comfortabel appartement met uitstekende bedden, royale balkons en ruime eetkeuken. Diverse restaurants op loopafstand en parkeren voor de deur. Bakkerij Ezeb is een aanrader. Vlakbij skiën in Spieljoch, Hochfügen en Kaltenbach. We komen er vast nog eens terug.

Wir haben uns sehr auf diesen Urlaub gefreut und wurden auch bei der Unterkunft nicht enttäuscht. Es gab selbstgemachte Torte und einige Tipps und Hinweise zur Umgebung zur Begrüßung. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral zwischen den verschiedenen Skigebieten. Es gibt zwar kein Lebensmittelgeschäft in Fußnähe, aber diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren für unsere vierköpfige Familie optimal. So konnte jeder mal für sich sein. Die bestens ausgestattete Küche hatte alles zu bieten. Die Ausstattung sind wir so umfangreich in einer Ferienwohnung nicht gewohnt und waren positiv überrascht. In der Wohnküche hatten wir als Familie Gelegenheit zusammenzusitzen, uns zu unterhalten und Spiele zu spielen. Ohne störenden Fernseher. Die gab es dann jeweils in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft hat uns ebenfalls sehr überzeugt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben zu viert mit Hund in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war einfach und sehr gut. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir nett begrüßt und die Gastgeber hatten sogar ein Stück Kuchen, Sekt und Leckerchen für den Hund bereitgestellt, was wirklich unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend ist. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für mehrere Personen, da es zwei separate Schlafzimmer gibt. Zudem bietet die Küche eine gemütliche Eckbank, an der man Spielen, Essen oder einfach Sitzen kann. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Schwiegermutter der Vermieterin ebenfalls im Haus lebt, sodass man bei Kleinigkeiten, z.B. Butter oder Verlängerungskabel immer auf Hilfe hoffen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Wohnung war perfekt sauber. Allerdings besteht sie nur aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche und Bad. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer, das ehrlich gesagt auch nicht aufgeführt wurde im Inserat. Allerdings wird die Küche als Wohnküche bezeichnet und das stimmt einfach nicht. Es ist eine Küche mit Esstisch und Eckbank. Man kann also nur am Esstisch sitzen oder im Bett liegen und das macht die Wohnung sehr unbequem...ein Sofa wird doch sehr vermisst...

Ein sehr geräumiges Appartement und sehr schön eingerichtet (das einzige Manko kein einziges schneidendes Messer) .Jedoch hat uns die Vermieterin ein bisschen enttäuscht bei Ankunft war sie vor Ort hat uns in 5 Minuten alles?? erklärt!!! Und dann in 10 Tagen nur mehr 2 WhatsApp um 5.30.Uhr uns eines mit prosit Neujahr das war sehr enttäuschend.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit zwei grosszügigen Doppelzimmern und einer schönen Wohnküche. Die Gastgeberin war äussert freundlich und hat und mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und einem Begrüssungsschnaps empfangen. Für uns war die Wohnung zum Skifahren super gelegen und wir konnten die schönen und grossen Skigebiete des Zillertales in weningen Fahrminuten erreichen. Abend für den Ausgang waren wir zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus unterwegs und konnten das Auto stehen lassen. Für die Mami die nicht Ski fährt hatte es schöne Spaziergänge die gleich vom Haus weg starteten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Für unsere Skiurlaub waren wir in diesem Apartment zu Gast. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und können wir emphelen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Man braucht aber schon ein Auto um zum Skilift/Skibus zu kommen. Aber wenn man in Fügen bleibt muss man sich sowieso auf Skibus einstellen
