Bristol Park - parking - 5mn walk from Palais des Festivals

The apartment was wonderful - spotlessly clean, in an amazing location and wonderful building. It was very well located with such a quick walk to all the main areas of cannes. In particular, Michel was an incredible host!! He was so welcoming and provided amazing communication, information, and was available throughout for any questions. Would 1000% recommend as the best place I have stayed in Cannes!

There was nothing negative at all, a wonderful stay

Мы в восторге! Хозяин Мишель нас встретил с машиной на автобусной остановке и привёз с чемоданами прямо в квартиру. Объяснил нам всё, рассказал, провёл полный инструктаж по аппартаментам. Там при входе в дом несколько замков, которые открываются специальным чипом. Для пользования лифтами нужен код. Парковка прямо под домом на этаже минус 3. Очень удобно! До железнодорожного вокзала идти ровно 5 минут. Район приличный. До набережной Круазет идти 15 минут. Рядом несколько продовольственных магазинов. Интернет быстрый. В квартире всё удобно для проживания. Мишель нам оставил в холодильнике бутылку вина и 2 бутылки воды, это было очень приятно! Очень рекомендую эту квартиру для проживания в Каннах!

Желательно поменять сковородки. И добавить 1 острый нож. Но это мелочи.

This is a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Cannes, just a few minutes’ walk from La Croisette beach and all the city’s main attractions. Located in a modern residential building, it is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The underground parking is very convenient, and the parking space is large enough even for a very big car. I would also add that the apartment’s location makes it easy to avoid the traffic jams that usually paralyze the city during the summer months – a big advantage for travelers who don’t like to stay in one place. A separate word should be said about the host – Michel is simply amazing! He greeted us personally, showed us around the apartment, explained the amenities once more, and even gave us a short tour of the nearby streets to point out supermarkets and the market, as well as share restaurant recommendations. The instructions he had sent us beforehand could easily be compared to a high-quality travel guide to Cannes and the Riviera – they included detailed descriptions, video guides about the apartment and the neighborhood, plus tips on restaurants and local attractions. Thank you!

The host was incredibly supportive. He was super friendly and received us warmly. He understood the purpose of our trip and tailored the theme of the apartment to reflect our passions. For film professionals, it was a nice touch to see the film-inspired decor.

I honestly have no complaint about this apartment. I'm definitely staying here again.
