Emplacement au top, proche rues piétonnes et plages. Quartier calme et immeuble sécurisé avec parking. Appartement lumineux et assez grand pour un séjour à 4. Bonne communication avec l’hôtesse, pour l’arrivée et les explications pour les clés et codes d’accès. Je recommande +++

Téléviseur non fonctionnel, sinon RAS.

Nydelig beliggenhet rett ved tog, strand og shopping.

De som skulle svare brukte lang tid på enkle spørsmål. Måtte bla sende 4 meldinger og bli sint før de svarte på internett koden. Fikk feil kode til heisen så vi måtte bære all bagasjen opp i tredje etasje. Sløvt!

The location is great, close to all the sights and railway station. The apartment itself is cozy and light, the building is new. There is enough of kitchen appliances (plenty of dishes, glasses etc) What we did not like is the communication with the host (actually there were two ladies we communicated with) and the hosts attitude. The example of that would be the situation with the parking space in the building. When we came to the apartment the remote control to open the parking space did not work and we had to deal with that problem by ourselves (we changed the battery) as the lady we were in contact with suggested that we parked on the street and of coarse there was no available parking parking space. In a couple of days the remote control completely died (it looked quite old from the very beginning), I informed about it the ladies at noon but they brought a working remote control around 7 pm only. So we lost the whole day of our trip as we could not get out of the parking space ( but the worst part is that both of the ladies did not answer my question about the time when they were planning to drop off the remote control and we just waited in the apartment for a few hours as they promised to “find a solution quickly” which unfortunately meant 7 hours(

Appartement confortable et propre

Téléviseur en panne dès notre arrivée. Une personne devait venir nous le changer. Elle n'est jamais venue et ne répondait pas à nos appels.
