About this house rental
Paul do Mar Beach House is the perfect place to relax and spend some days near the beach.
Here our guests will hear and smell the ocean.
The famous beach of Paul do Mar with its crystal clear water is just a few meters from the house.
In the morning the village baker comes to Paul from the Sea Villa to sell fresh bread. During the day another seller comes with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Paul do Mar is a very cozy villa. In Paul do Mar our guests will find cafes and restaurants.
When the guests arrive, they also have to inform: -their flight number -their arrival time at the airport -if they are coming directly from the Airport to the property.

- Transfers (payment must be done directly to the driver)
- Private tours in classic vehicles
- Private boat trips and personalized fishing programs with the possibility of onboard catering
A surcharge of €40 applies for arrivals after 20h.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The best feature of the house is undoubtedly the sound of the waves you hear all the times. The view is nice from the small terrace and from the upstairs bedroom but not from the downstairs bedroom. There is No view at all, you look upon walls and garbage, the window is opaque, the room is dark.The real problem were the huge cockroaches in the hall, the downstairs bedroom and the downstairs bathroom. As a reaction on my second complaint the owner came and brought several chemicals to get rid of them. I however decided to not use them, because I did not want to inhale toxic fumes. The bathroom, were the cockroaches came out of the shower sink, has no window at all and opens to the bedroom. So I lived with the cockroaches, which was clearly my own decision. Besides of this animals, the house was slightly outdated but good enough.

Very cute apartment/townhome in a lovely area right by the water. Listened to the waves 24/7. It was very relaxing.

We had the most amazing week at the Beachhouse. The accommodation was excellent and in a beautiful village. Such a good base to explore. We wished we’d booked 2 weeks.
