Quinta do Munot

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend Quinta do Munot. The house is in a stunning, peaceful location with breathtaking sea and mountain views from every room. Waking up to the sound of birds (and chickens) and enjoying breakfast overlooking the Atlantic was a real highlight of our Madeira trip. The property was spotless, spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. Although the road up to the house is narrow, it quickly became part of the experience and rewarded us with complete tranquillity and privacy. Our host was exceptional—friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. His recommendations for local hikes, viewpoints and places to visit were excellent and helped us discover some of the best parts of Madeira that we might otherwise have missed. The location was perfect for exploring the west of the island, including Fanal Forest, Achadas da Cruz, Porto Moniz, Seixal, Ponta do Sol and the Rabaçal levada walks, while also providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. This was one of the highlights of our holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for the welcome gifts that was a very nice touch. Thank you for making our Madeira trip so memorable!

No complaints at all - an excellent stay start to finish.

Luxury class, own level plus roof terrace is exceptional. The hosts were always very quick to react to issues or support in case of questions. The house is brand new and uniquely located with magnificent views.

The Wifi was not strong enough for video streaming or online gaming.

Das Haus ist ganz neu und sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Die großen Fenster und die Aussicht sind toll. Die Dachterrasse konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters im Dezember leider nicht wirklich nutzen, aber sie ist bestimmt wunderbar bei wärmeren Wetter! Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke dafür!
