it was very relaxing and I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay a lot.

it’s a beautiful location, with parking available and a bus stop right outside. the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment you could need and the bed was comfy! the jacuzzi was simply wonderful.

the windows let in a lot of wonderful light, but it also felt like people could see inside very easily. it would have been nice to have a kind of net curtain option so that light could come in, but also have a little more privacy. The blinds were blackout which is wonderful for the early mornings!

The host was extremely helpful, flexible, reachable and ready to help with advice and reply to our questions at any moment! Everything was super clean and the dishwasher allowed us more time to enjoy sightseeing. We were pampered by a bottle of champagne and chocolates which contributed even further to the romantic atmosphere that welcomed us on arriving at the place. Very easy to find and allows for pleasant trips for enjoying the picturesque nature around. We enjoyed even the spells of rain and strong wind thanks to the large windows overlooking the river which made us feel like being outside among nature while enjoying the comfort of this cozy apartment!

We liked everything about this place and we were very happy with our stay there!

Attrape-touriste à fuir!

Seule vérité, la localisation du logement près de Dinant centre.

Environnement: sur une route nationale, à côté d un bar friterie, vis-à-vis partout, pas de belle vue Meuse et rocher comme annoncé. Logement: pas entretenu (poussière en abondance, plan de travail sale, tâches de moisissure, meubles usés, matelas défoncé, bas de rideau de douche moisi, araignées partout...), débarras improvisé avec les vieilles affaires des propriétaires, diffusion de parfum pour camoufler les odeurs d humidité, pas d aération dans l espace de vie car les fenêtres sont fixes. Même la boite à clé est usée! Jacuzzi qui est sensé être l atout, est finalement d hygiène douteuse et ne fonctionne qu à 20%. Les photos de la réalité parlent d elles-mêmes, c'est pour cela qu'il n y a que des anciennes photos sur l annonce. Je doute fortement de la véracité des avis qui donnent une note globale de 8/10. Qui accepterait de payer une location de vacances insalubre pour s y détendre? Il est révoltant que ce genre d attrape-touriste existe encore en 2025 sur Booking.com.

Aangenaam met enkele scherpe randjes

- De locatie is top, in de buurt van Dinant, supermarkten (Spar en Delhaize), wandelroutes, overzetboot over de Maas, etc. Er is voldoende op wandelafstand te beleven. - Het is een rustige buurt (ook in de avond) en de buren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. - Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. - Heel vriendelijke ontvangst van de host met uitleg over het sleutelkluisje en de jacuzzi. - Goed werkende airco en jacuzzi. Grote frigo en diepvriezer. - TV. - Veel leuke decoratie om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Gezellig ingericht. - Er is een vaatwasser, koffiezet, microgolf en oven aanwezig. - Fenomenaal mooi uitzicht vanuit het huis en terras op de Maas, bossen en rotsen. - Voldoende stopcontacten.

Ondanks de vele positieve recensies, hebben wij na ons verblijf toch ook enkele minpunten op te merken: - De matras is niet comfortabel van het bed. - Hygiëne is ondermaats over het volledige huis, en zeker van de jacuzzi: het water had een rare geur (niet voldoende chloor?) en er lag zand in. - De barbecue ziet er heel vies uit (er lag zelfs een leeg doosje vapevloeistof in?), de rooster niet schoongemaakt, maar ook achter de barbecue liggen er allerlei kapotte bloempotten et cetera en ander vuilnis. We hebben dus niet durven barbecuen. - Kussens van lounge op terras licht beschimmeld. - Je kan het huis niet verluchten, enkel het raam van het toilet kan geopend worden. Op de andere zit een slot. - Veel insecten in het huis: vliegen, muggen en vooral spinnen (in de badkamer). - Er is helemaal geen privacy, het ligt vlak tegen een nationale weg waar constant voetgangers en auto's passeren en iedereen kan je zien zitten op je terras want ze moeten er vlak langs passeren. Idem voor wanneer je in de jacuzzi zit. Iedereen kan eigenlijk zomaar op het terras komen want er zit enkel een schuifgrendel op het kleine hekje tussen de straat en het terras.

Séjour idyllique

Tout était parfait. La maison est très jolie et hyper organisée on trouve tout ce qu'il faut, au bord de l'eau endroit calme et magnifique . Une très belle terrasse avec un barbecue et un superbe jacuzzi. C'est un endroit parfait avec une patronne super sympathique, un tout grand merci a elle pour sa gentillesse. Et prochaine réservation déjà effectuée, ce sera un plaisir d'y retourner .

Logement bien agencé, très belle vue, emplacement idéal à proximité de Dinant, entre 2 restaurants, SPA agréable (un peu de patience pour le mettre en route , …mais parfait) , en résumé un beau séjour

Très bon séjour au calme, studio spacieux et confortable avec jaccuzzi et grande terrasse.

Studio confortable, bien aménagé, avec une très agréable terrasse et une superbe vue. Le jacuzzi est un must. Calme malgré la rue. Des possibilités de randonnées, les villages alentours sont charmants.

Quelques rafraichissements sont à faire au niveau déco (parquet, peinture), personnellement je ne suis pas fan des plantes artificielles.

Geweldige locatie, prijs kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend, top communicatie met de eigenaar,... Een aanrader voor iedereen die er even tussenuit wil in een natuur-rijke omgeving en ook vraag van een jaccuzi geniet!

Het enige nadeel was dat de ramen niet open kunnen, alleen het raam van de badkamer kon open.

chouette séjour

- chouette appartement en bord de Meuse avec de grandes fenêtres avec vue sur la Meuse (dommage pour l'arrêt de bus juste en face..) - la route juste en contre-bas n'est pas trop dérangeante - le jacuzzi est juste formidable et super délassant (avec des explications claires du propriétaire) il est entouré d'une toile donc on est en toute intimité à l'abri des regards indiscrets + très propre - le proprio est dispo pour toute information et explications (super !!) - le gîte est super bien équipé (on a tout ce dont nous avons besoin - chapeau bas ! - proximité de Dinant - café le Rio juste à côté où nous avons été boire une bonne bière et où l'on peut manger ... même le lundi - la terrasse est bien agencée ... super pour boire un petit verre dehors avec petites lampes d'ambiance

Propreté - petites choses à améliorer froid dans le gîte - un petit guide d'utilisation de la climatisation serait chouette et signaler que les radiateurs ne fonctionnent pas ..

Propreté au top, jacuzzi, bien que la route soit pas loin nous avons une belle vue sur la Meuse et les châssis qui ont l’air nouveau font bien le travail nous n’avons rien entendu de dehors. À recommander sans hésiter !! À quelques kilomètres de Dinant seulement

Endroit pas net !

. La situation en bord de Meuse

Nous avions réservé ce logement pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Nous sommes arrivés dans un endroit qui ne sentait pas le frais... Les draps n'étaient pas très nets. Nous y avons retrouvé des poils. Le lave vaisselle n'avait pas été vidé. Le joints de la douche étaient sales. Il y avait des tâches de moisissure sur le parquet. Le canapé est usé à excès. Un jacuzzi était mis à disposition mais nous ne nous y sommes pas risqués. Nous avons au final décidé de ne pas rester et de repartir. Triste soirée pour nous !

Garten sehr offen: bisschen beunruhigend, da die Haustür durch das unabsperrbare Tor, bei geschlossenem Pavillon im Jacuzzi, unbeobachtet ist. Klobürste nicht ganz sauber.
