A picturesque area of Belgium.

I had a nice holiday with my brother and a friend in this picturesque area of Belgium. The town of Dinant is beautiful and has a lot of history. The property is situated along the river, a 25-minute walk away from Dinant and provides nice views of the cliffs. On our holiday, we visited Berdorf in Luxembourg, Saarburg in Germany, and Monthermé in France for a hike.

I don't have anything negative to say.

Well worth a visit!

This house is understated on the Booking site: it is superb! We gave a 9/10 for location as some people might find the 30 min walk into Dinant a drag, however, we loved it, as well as being able to see the Meuse from the property Spotless accommodation, super clean and well appointed. Lots of different eating spaces and very quiet garden. My French is very poor, however the hostess & host were super accommodating.

Amazing home in cute Dinant

We loved the house! It’s super cute and updated. Loved the kitchen and the sun room out back. The bedrooms were comfortable and stylish. The linens very nice.

Maison agréable mais manque d’intimité

La maison est globalement bien : propre, chauffée, bien équipée et avec une place de parking pratique. Le logement est agréable. Les propriétaires sont disponibles en cas de besoin à tout moment.

Nous avons ressenti un réel manque d’intimité. La maison des propriétaires se situe sur le même terrain et les fenêtres du gîte sont en vis-à-vis sans volets, avec seulement quelques stores insuffisants (et une façade sans stores). De plus, le garage du gîte est en fait celui des propriétaires, séparé de la cuisine par une simple porte non isolée. Nous avons entendu à plusieurs reprises des bruits jusque tard le soir (vers 23h), ce qui renforçait l’impression d’être écoutées et surveillées. Petit point dommage : La douche est très petite.

Enige klein minpuntje,de douche cabine was voor ons iets te klein, maar wij zijn ook lang, maar we hebben ons gered 😊

Ruim huis, met fijne tuin achter op een mooie plek dichtbij de Maas.

De locatie is super: dichtbij de Maas met een mooi uitzicht, en op een paar minuten rijden van het centrum van Dinant.

Sommige dingen in huis waren niet erg handig, zo was de douche erg laag en de toilettafel nogal hoog.

Prachtig huis aan de Maas

Fantastisch huis! Groot, superknus ingericht, hele mooie locatie. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren. Wij komen zeker terug!

De douche is een beetje krap voor lange mensen (1m96) onder het schuine dak, maar het bad maakt veel goed!
