Great location, not in the middle of a tourist area but easily reachable Quiet and calm area Friendly staff

A bit of humidity smell

The location is good, in a typical quartier with not many tourists around which we really liked because you can see daily life of locals but it takes about 20 min by grab to reach the city center. The staff is nice, our room was smelling after cigarettes smog and we asked if it was possible to change it and they answered us that it would have been available another room only the next day. We changed our mind the day after because the smell was almost gone but we appreciated their availability. Hot water and good Wi-Fi.

Honestly the hotel room needs a bit of renovation, was not very clean. One towel had stains.

Nice staff, location is good if you want to stay in ba dinh, close to skytrain metro, but it can be a bit difficult to find when you get there.

The booking says there is a 24/7 security guard, but when I was there he was on vacation they say. So obviously there can’t be 24/7 security even when there is not vacation because there’s only one guy working. There are cockroaches in the room. Shower does not get very warm Laundry does not work properly with bad washing machine and broken dryer.
