A wonderful area and ideal location for us spoilt by the discomforting smell and unkempt state.

The charm of the building and the antique furnishings. The beautiful birds kept on site and the lovely garden. Jean Pierre was very welcoming. It is close to some lovely coastal towns. We enjoyed a pleasant train ride around the bay of the Somme and visited the Thiepval Memorial site. Restaurant /bar at les Saules was super and only a 6-7 minute easy walk down the road.

The unpleasant smell inside the apartment rooms and the bed itself. The neglect of the condition of such a lovely building.

Great place for simple, economical stay close to expensive resort areas.

An 1850 house in a rural area of the Bay of the Somme, and 10 minutes drive to the seaside resorts of Le Crotoy and St Valery. Jean Pierre is a wonderful host. Parking inside the property.

We loved our stay. Very satisfactory, but don’t expect 5 star facilities.

mise à part la proximité de la ville du Crotoy pas formidable

bonjour l'appartement était vétuste poussiéreux , fuite dans les WC , matelas faisant la cuvette , pas de télévision surtout pour les enfants et pas de jeux heureusement que nous avons passés que 2 nuits ! à fuir

Localisation idéale

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Espace chambre salon, chambre, sdb très grands. Calme et bien situé.

La cuisine est vraiment petite. Pour une semaine il manque un peu de matériel. Une telle maison demande clairement de l’effort d’entretien et ménage. On voit que les efforts sont réalisés mais ça pourrait être mieux (toiles d’araignées étc.)

angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem Herrenhaus mit Charme und Seele dank seines Besitzers

Die eigenständige Wohnung in einem traumhaften Herrenhaus mit großem antik eingerichteten Salon und auch das Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den gepflegten Park sind sehr außergewöhnlich. Die kleine Küche mit Sitzecke ist perfekt und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vielfalt an Vögeln, vor allem die Pfauen haben uns fasziniert. Jean Pierre ist ein perfekter interessanter Gastgeber und noch mal danke für die grünen Frühstückseier! Die Lage ist perfekt, auf dem Land und dennoch ist alles schnell zu erreichen.

Das Bett ist vielleicht etwas kurz für sehr große Personen.

Cette maison de Maître est très atypique et permet d'avoir un logement qu'on ne retrouvera pas ailleurs. La présence des oiseaux rend l'ensemble encore plus charmant et apaisant. Et Jean-Pierre est vraiment très accueillant et disponible. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter l'ensemble de la Baie.

Aangenaam verblijf in een charmant huis vlakbij de mooie baai van de Somme

Vriendelijke gastheer die - op Kerstdag - zijn agenda heeft aangepast om ons te ontvangen op het door ons voorgestelde uur van afspraak. Hij had zelfs een kerstcadeautje voorzien. Het huis is heel charmant, basic maar comfortabel ingericht en was tijdens de koude winterdagen behaaglijk warm. Het logement is heel ruim, rustig gelegen met een grote courtyard waar we veilig onze auto en fietsen konden stallen. Er is een restaurant - La clé des champs - met een uitstekende reputatie op wandelafstand.

De inhoud van de keukenkasten is aan een update toe: weinig potten, borden, koffiemokken, wijnglazen...

Séjour en Famille, dans un lieux authentique très spacieux et agréablement surprise car sur les photos ont ne se rend pas compte de l'espace. Notre hôte Jean Pierre est d'une gentillesse et fort sympathique. Endroit au calme, et proche de la côte d'Opale. Merci pour ces quelques jours. Élodie Karim et les enfants
