About this house rental

Brick house located in a quiet area of Le Crotoy.
It is close to shops, the port, cycle paths, the Baie de Somme railway, a public garden and about 10 minutes' walk from the beach.

She is composed:
- a dining / living room with television, DVD player
- a kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, one bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and sink
- an independent toilet
- a washing machine
All on the ground floor.

You can enjoy an enclosed courtyard, perfect for your animals and small children, which includes a garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

Rue du Marquenterre is a paying street, at 1 € per hour but we can offer you, if you wish, a flat rate of 5 euros per day, valid throughout the town.

We had a lovely stay in this cosy little cottage, and found the owner to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. All the equipment we needed was there. Parking all round le Crotoy is payable, but we had the advantage of a reduced rate from the owner. The location is ideal, and in a quiet residential area, but only a short stroll away from the village centre. all in all, a comfortable stay and one that we thoroughly enjoyed. Very recommended!! Très beau séjour en Baie de Somme

Le logement est idéalement situé. Il est très proche du port et du centre ville du Crotoy. La rue est très calme, il n'y pas de circulation, juste les résidents. La maison est spacieuse et bien qu'ancienne elle est très bien équipée, nous aurons plaisir à y séjourner de nouveau. Nous avons fait de superbes ballades en vélo, beaucoup de pistes cyclables.

Het huisje is voorzien van alle comfort, keuken is heel goed uitgerust, slaapkamers zijn groot, wifi uitstekend, tuintje volledig afgesloten dus ideaal voor kinderen en honden. Het centrum en de haven en het strand zijn op 500 meter afstand, er zijn 5 bakkers, 2 slagerijen en op 300 meter is een een contact carrefour waar alles aanwezig is. Op 7 km zijn er een Lidl, Aldi, Auchan, E Lecler en Intermarche. De verhuurder is zeer vriendelijk en geeft ja alle informatie over de omgeving. Echt een aanrader

Jolie maison de pêcheur, suffisamment spacieuse, confortable et bien située. La location est de style rustique mais elle possède toutes les commodités modernes souhaitees (y compris le wifi). Cuisine bien équipée ( beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles ). Petits bémols : la salle de bains est exiguë et le divan n'a que 3 places. Location à recommander, propriétaire très à l'écoute et bon rapport prestation-prix.
