L'Hirondelle is an old fisherman's house, typical of Crotoy. It belonged to the historically native Devisme Family of this fishing village.

It will welcome you in the center of this authentic and unique seaside resort, in the heart of the bay of sum ....

Completely renovated in 2015, it is located a few steps from the fishing port and the beach but also in the immediate vicinity of the shops.
Its surface of 75 m2 and its two rooms will allow you to spend a stay with 4 people, in an ideal comfort. For the picturesque side, it still has a small inner courtyard where the fishermen used to dry their nets ...

appartement propre mais habitable par un couple et des enfants, pas pratique pour 4 adultes . cafetière nexpresso pas pratique cause les capsules introuvable .Prévoir des rideaux occultant dans les chambres et des rideaux au rez de chaussée cause voisinage,voisine d'en face curieuse et agressive envers les vacanciers, on squatte leur place de stationnement ,l'appartement est bien situé prés du centre ville et du port,mais le gros problème est le stationnement en plus payant, très contrôlé par la police ,Le port de pêche a disparu , plu le charme du retour des pêcheurs et pour les balades en mer ,il faut attendre la marée haute ou ce déplacer dans un autre port.

Rénovation plaisante en plein centre du Crotoy à 2 pas des petits commerces de centre-ville, du marché 2 fois par semaine, et de la plage où l'on peut se balader sans se baigner , toute baignade étant interdite. Quend est assez proche pour les activités nautiques. Le logement manque quand même d'un micro-ondes et d'une cafetière lambda, et d'un peu de matériel de base, d'un store pour la porte d'entrée... Il serait agréable d'avoir des vitres propres sachant que le forfait ménage est obligatoire. L'environnement urbain génère du bruit automatiquement, c'est inévitable, par contre le voisinage "bruyant" d'en face est connu des habitants du coin depuis quelques années et franchement pénible (euphémisme). Prévoir aussi de rajouter trente euros par semaine pour une carte de stationnement à prendre soit à la mairie soit au poste de police municipale, les quelques rares places non payantes ont disparues le temps de la quinzaine passée sur place et le mot payant peint sur la chaussée est omniprésent. Pour finir, la baie de Somme est une belle région.

Situation idéale dans la ville, à 2 pas de tout, logement exactement comme sur les photos, fonctionnel, spacieux, très agréable. Très bonne communication, tant avec le propriétaire qu'avec la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil. Le Crotoy est une belle destination, nous sommes ravis de nos vacances !

Maison de pêcheur bien restaurée idéalement située, en face d'une boulangerie réputée et à deux pas de toutes commodités. Des rideaux au rez-de-chaussée coté rue seraient bienvenues. Attention à la tête pour les grands dans l'escalier et pas de protection pour les jeunes enfants (les chambres sont à l'étage). Concernant Le Crotoy, cette station balnéaire est agréable, même si l'entretien des trottoirs et le stationnement sur ces derniers laissent à désirer (circulation difficile avec poussette ou en fauteuil roulant)... de belles promenades en perspectives, où il arrive de croiser un phoque !!!

Super séjour en baie de somme malgré un temps mitigé. Le gîte est impeccable, refait à neuf, manque peut être juste le micro onde mais c' est un détail. A recommander sans problème.
