Tiny spaces in the apartment. Poorly equipped kitchen. Extra charges for everything. Some areas of the building in a poor state of decor. Reception staff unhelpful.

Very comfortable. Plenty of space in the well designed appartment. Everything easy and to hand both inside and around. The standard of housekeeping is very high and reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

An umbrella outside the property would have been a helpful plus to be able to relax outside. It was very hot and nowhere to shelter apart from inside. The recycling was very hit and miss, there were stacks of plastic items as not enough bins and nowhere for paper etc.. We found the property very relaxing and peaceful and would certainly recommend it. The location is ideal right near the beach and there are ample shops nearby. We enjoyed our visit to Le Crotoy very much.

Accommodation was very good, apartment very comfortable and well equipped. Accommodation was centrally located in Le Crotoy.Definitely worth trying to get an apartment on the top floor as we did experience some noise from people staying above us which was quite frustrating.

I would not recommend staying here. The apartment was unclean when we arrived and thick with dust. The lounge area sported a smell of stale cigarettes. The staff did not seem to concerned about this and dispite asking them to clean it twice, they only seemed to make it worse each time. Adding other people's hair to the sinks. We had to clean the apartment ourselves to make it hospitable and hygienic for a 9 month old baby. We we're also charged €10 a day for our dog. The fee should have been paid to us for the apartment making our dog dirty. The apartment is generally tired looking and needs some renovation.

Location and facilities were excellent and reasonably priced - access to indoor/outdoor pools and being on the beach was great for the kids - having an upstairs to the bedroom was another great bonus. Lovely place and a lovely stay - would recommend to families who like quite holidays and good local food.

This was the perfect quiet getaway after a week in Paris. Everything is within walking distance ie. restaurants, shopping, walks.Located right on the beach with a pool. Car parking was easily available.

In the neighborhood different remarkable zones are available to spot birds. Only a few tourists came to this region, so don't make too much publicity for this region... ;-) (and you even don't have to pay parking costs in the streets of Le-Crotoy from 1/12 until 31/3). Also Pierre-et-Vacances is an excellent place to stay with a good quality/price ratio, modern furniture and stylish building, clean and all needed material for the kitchen. Breakfast (croissants, bread,...) can be ordered the evening before but no restaurant is available in the P&V building, some good restaurants nearby.

There is no way that this could or should be rated as 4 star. It falls woefully short of a 3 star in all honesty. We arrived at around 8:30pm to find the whole place locked up and deserted. Having wandered round trying to find a member of staff we eventually spotted an out of hours number which was answered by a fairly rude woman who reluctantly(!) gave us instructions to access a lock box with our room keys and a map of how to find the room. The room was sparsely furnished but comparatively clean. The whole place is desperately tired and in need of attention, eg. in the sitting room of the four wall lights only one had a working bulb, and a similar story was found in the bedroom. Overall it was a very disappointing and lacklustre venue and I would be reluctant to recommend it to anyone - in my fact my advice would be to steer well clear.
