Appartamento molto spazioso situato nel cuore del Rione Sanità con vista suggestiva. Ristoranti e pizzerie a due passi e servizio di colazione in camera direttamente dal bar.

Мястото е приятно и красиво, точно срещу катедрала, на малко площадче. До входа има пицария, което е голямо удобство. Използвахме кафенето, което също е до входа и което отваря рано сутрин и това беше прекрасно. Сградата е стара, историческа и това придава още по-приятно усещане. Домакинът беше много любезен. Лесно комуникирахме, нямаше никакви проблеми с намиране на квартирата и получаването на ключа. Помещенията са просторни, има кухня с всичко необходимо, има ютия, климатик, леглата са удобни. Има малък балкон, който гледа към площадчето и катедралата и това дава възможност да си изпиеш кафето с хубава гледка.
Няма асансьор, но за млади хора това не е проблем. Някои от дните, сутрините бяха студени и ни трябваха допълнителни одеала, но ни отговориха, че одеала се предоставят от ноември нататък, което ни се стори странно. Все пак, обаче, в едната стая имаше климатик и това оправи нещата.

La posizione della struttura
L'appartamento era al terzo piano ma la scala era molto ripida. La dotazione degli asciugamani era insufficiente, il cuscino molto scomodo.

The house was big and spacious and has some character. Good location.
Host helped us booking taxis to the airport and gave helpful tips on what to visit.
Andrea was very pushy into asking for a 10 stars review - he asked for it 4 times!!! - which made me quite uncomfortable. After ignoring it 3 times I had to tell him I’d only give my honest review he wasn’t happy with it and was even a bit rude. I’ll not come back neither refer the house after this experience. There was some black mold in the shower and the bathroom overall needs some work. Hairdryer was very cheap and had no power. Towels were clean but clearly had a few years of use. The balcony view would have been lovely if it didn’t have clothes hanging on it for the whole of our stay. Host mentioned on check in the cleaner would come that same day or early next day to remove them but it never happened. A lot of stairs to climb, very difficult with big luggage.
