The location was convenient and close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Spacious rooms.

Very noisy and a lot of stairs to climb. A bit dated and felt the living room couch needed pillows. Shower a bit old and no toiletries and would have been nice to have a few more towels with being charged.

Excellent communication and support from Andrea and Simone. The apartment is clean, pretty well equipped and about 10 minute walk to Museo metro. The rooms are large and there's plenty of sleeping options - additional beds available. Lots of helpful information available and very accommodating. The area is busy! But, if you enjoy the vibrancy of city life, it adds to the fun and excitement. Supermarkets nearby as well as mini-markets. We enjoyed it.

The stairs are exhausting at the end of the day! Some might find the noise off putting.

The house was big and spacious and has some character. Good location. Host helped us booking taxis to the airport and gave helpful tips on what to visit.

Andrea was very pushy into asking for a 10 stars review - he asked for it 4 times!!! - which made me quite uncomfortable. After ignoring it 3 times I had to tell him I’d only give my honest review he wasn’t happy with it and was even a bit rude. I’ll not come back neither refer the house after this experience. There was some black mold in the shower and the bathroom overall needs some work. Hairdryer was very cheap and had no power. Towels were clean but clearly had a few years of use. The balcony view would have been lovely if it didn’t have clothes hanging on it for the whole of our stay. Host mentioned on check in the cleaner would come that same day or early next day to remove them but it never happened. A lot of stairs to climb, very difficult with big luggage.
