Très bel immeuble. Ascenseur. Parties communes propres et parfumées. Chauffe serviettes. Café à disposition. Emplacement parfait. Propreté. Placard de rangement. Facilité remise des clefs
WiFi très faible. Aucune réactivité du service conciergerie. Télévision qui ne marche pas. Passage prévu jamais honoré. Vis à vis. Vaisselle inexistante. Manque une ampoule. Aiclairage faible dans la salle de bain.

Le logement est conforme à la description et très bien situé.
Un accueil froid et impersonnel ; + de 30min d'attente avant d'avoir les clefs. Difficulté à joindre l'hôte qui ne répondait pas ; De nombreux appels avant de pouvoir signaler que les informations pour accéder à l'appartement manquaient. Impossibilité de regarder la télé car il n'y avait pas de wifi. Aucune notification n'avait été donnée à ce sujet.
